Uncharted 2 GotY Replacement Case?

Wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but does any have or know where I could get a replacement case for my Uncharted 2 GotY (non-greatest hits)? Lost mine and would like to not have to purchase the entire game again.

You can always buy a blank case and print out a cover. TheCoverProject.net only has the black label cover up.
