I keep trying to call someone on my cellphone, I've talked to them fine many times before. But now when I call the same number from my contacts, it keeps giving the message "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect. Please check and try again... message 7, switch 599".
I have no idea why this keeps happening- I called the same number just day before yesterday and I got through fine. I'm pretty sure the other person doesn't want to block me (I'm helping them out with something), so could they have blocked me by mistake or something? Could it mean their number is disconnected now? Or maybe it is a network issue on their end?
I tried sending a text to tell them I can't successfully make a call, and my phone seemed to send the text but I got no reply so I have no idea if they got the text. And I have no other way of contacting them. I know it's not my phone because I can make other calls ok. Thanks for any help.
