need advice for xbox headset

Hey everybody I'm in the market to buy a 360 headset.I was leaning towards the turtle beach x41 but is too pricy I'm looking for a headset that delivers 7.1 surround and thats just awesome all round.so does anyone have any suggestions?

Amazon has the mw3 earforce foxtrot headset for 54.xx should I bite on thus or wait till the x41 goes down?

I have the Phoxtrot and it is amazing if you ask me. I love it.
