My best guess would be that your order was at some point confirmed before you intended, so it just saw you as trying to buy it twice consecutively.


My order just processed. I got the message too. Doesn't really matter, though, it IS now registered in my account, so it's not like it's denying me the game.

When they're free, they usually become tradable in 2-3 weeks.

That's not an error I received trying to trade it in. It's in the game description meaning they won't let you trade it in.
 
I think GenPirate is referring to the fact the game page states "This game cannot be traded in." so he could be right, usually I am pretty sure they just say trade in value: $0.00

Hopefully it opens up in the future, because every game that uses the Capsule client (which this one does) can be traded in. They might have just removed the ability to trade it in at the moment.

MrPiggles is correct. Every game that has been free so far on GMG gives you the option to trade it in a little while after the free period is over. Some of them say they can't be traded in at first, but they'll definitely let you trade it in later on.

Just confirming this. ALL games that they give away for free say that during the period they are free. Afterwards, you can trade them in, but be sure to wait til' they are back to full price. Hacker is still 80% off, so that affects the trade-in drastically.
