Idea: "Gamesharing" (ala PS3) through Origin?

Gamesharing via PS3 goes something like this: 1 person makes the account, everyone sends them their portion of the game's cost via paypal, then the person who made the account buys the game.

I think this should work for origin games that have a certain amount of activations if it's a single-player title. Anything that requires a login probably requires that you use the game with an account that purchased it. We could still pass around accounts with singleplayer games. Unfortunately, I don't think origin has a big enough catalog to justify this right now. And damn near every one of their games offers multi-player too.

Thoughts?

That sounds messy and counter productive.

Dunno about Origin but doing this on Steam with too many people will quickly get your account banned.

Games are so cheap on STEAM that the actual service for rental will be more expensive than actually owning the game.
