Wellon VP-390 eprom programmer. Complete, well-taken care of, and can write to any medium for NES/SNES/Genesis applications, and a ton others, but I don't know what all they're used for . Used only a handful of times. Repaired a couple arcade boards for a local campground and made a personal copy of Mother in English (but all my wires were too long and it won't fit back in a cart, haha) Willing to sell or trade. Trade would be for SNES CIB's most likely! I'm thinking $170 shipping inclusive. Post-EMS shipping (like $55 :'( ) I think I paid $295 or so. But it seems they've gone down in price since then.
