I bought it a few weeks ago at this price, shipped to store. No, it didn't come with the WalMart branding on the case. I still haven't opened it to see if there's a special code on the inside but I can live without the skins.

I got mine and it didn't have the Walmart branding on the case, but it had the DLC codes in box. The sheet with the DLC code had the Walmart branding on it.

No, it is not. The Walmart bonus content is just a code that's packed with the game. You wouldn't even know there's a Walmart exclusive. Some copies apparently have a sticker on the outside, but that's the extent of the Walmart "branding."
