Ar tonelico Qoga, $20 a good deal?

Older title that got kinda rare I think, price seems to go up and down all the time on Amazon so I can't get a read on how rare it is but hovers around $40~27. Saw some horror stories from amazon saying they ordered it and ended up with a PAL copy for w/e reason.

Anyway, just pulled the trigger on this for $20 new, NA copy off the publishers website new instead of grabbing Ni No Kuni off the perception that one will be harder to find. 

Good deal or could it be found cheaper?

Amazon has it for $27 FSSS / or Prime right now. Still not a bad deal buying it direct from NIS.
