Hi everyone.
Some idiot named, Kyde Crawford, won one of my ebay auction and tried to pull a fast one on me. He tried to send me a fake paypal payment confirmation letter hoping that I would send the item before verifying the funds in my paypal account. Stupid ebay won't let me block JACKASS like him with ZERO feedbacks (he created a new account just to rip me off). I can leave negative feedback but he'll just do the samething to me. Any advice as to what I should do? I know I need to get my relisting fees from ebay back and relist the auction.

Here is his address

If you live near him, please punch him in the face for me.
Man, why do I have to be so unlucky and get stuck with this deadbeat.
This must not be my day.

............at least I let off some steam after typing this

UPDATE: This guy final paid up after I reported him to ebay. Yea!! However, I still left Negative feedback for this guy since he tried to rip me off.

First things first... a paypal payment confirmation notice would be sent to the email address you gave to paypal when you signed up. If you have a server-based e-mail (not a free one like Yahoo or Hotmail), Mozilla Thunderbird is an awesome application to have.

I would report him through whatever channels are available.

Some helpful advice on preventing scams: if you receive an e-mail that is supposedly from Paypal, hover your cursor over the link in the suspect e-mail. If it does not show https://www.paypal.com in the beginning of the link, forward the message to [email protected].

I have relatives in Arizona that could whoop some ass if they're asked nicely enough, but right now they're booked to take care of some dipshit in CA who was supposed to have sent me Lunar Legend 3 weeks ago.

Good luck to you.

Did you try sending him an invoice after he sent you a fake paypal confirmation letter? You can probably report it to eBay and hopfully they'll take necessary action to remove his current account from the ebay community within the next few months.
Also I don't think the mods would be happy that you posted someone's address.
The Mods can edit my first post if they want. This was clearly a scam. I won't be so mad if he won the auction and didn't pay. He pretended to pay me by modifying an old paypal email and sending it to me thru his yahoo account. He was hoping that I would get careless and shipped the item before verifying the funds.

I'll figure out what I'll do once I get off work. There is probably not much I can do to get revenge but I'll do something. Ebay might remove his current account but he had ZERO feedbacks to begin with and can start a new account anytime he wants.

Thanks for the advice, everyone.
Sorry to trouble you all (making you read thru my stupid horrible experience).
