Not a bad Wipeout clone (they also made the superlative Carve), and certainly worth $3, but the game is hopelessly broken for online play. The lag is horrible, even between two players.
 
Nice price, I would have ordered it but I picked it up for PS2 for $2.48 at Target, I wonder if anything else is $2.96 in store

I played both versions and the xbox version is MARKEDLY better. I would really recommend picking it up for xbox if you liked the PS2 version at all, it's a huge difference.
To those that haven't tried it and are fans of futuristic racing, you gotta give it a shot. The sensation of speed is awesome... I just wish they had weapons.
 
I picked this one up at eb many months ago for $10 and I thought it was worth every penny of that. It's one of those games that I would have gladly paid full price for if I had known it was so good.

I agree that every fan of futuristic racing games such as Quantum Redshift and F-Zero must give this game a try.
