need help to pick out a tv tuner for my laptop

Do you mean the NBA season has started? The playoffs don't start
for quite a while yet.

Probably becuase it uses AC3 (5.1 Dolby Digital surround sound, same as in dvd's). You can download it at www.doom9.org under downloads and filters (sorry won't allow me to do a direct link).

If that doesn't work, it's probably Ogg. Which that can be found at www.vorbis.com. AC3 is more common though for movies.
