It's pretty simple, you basically you buy any four titles and the least expensive one is free. They had the same or similar deal around the same time last year. Not the end all of deals, but it's an awesome way to start out a new series you've been wanting to read or complete a collection. By the way I hope this wasn't a repost as my search reveiled nothing at all recent about it.

Only problem is I had some trouble getting details on it. The signs only mention manga but I asked the clerk if it was for all graphic novels and he said he was "pretty sure". Plus the deal last year included graphic novels as well. He wasn't sure of the length of the deal either and being short on both time and cash I didn't even get the oppertunity to buy anything. I'll probably go back tomorrow though and stock up on some manga and try to pry some more details about it, but if anyone knows more about it let us know and feel free to post what you purchased or make recommendations.

Border's also has a 25% off printable coupon, which is as good as or slightly better than this deal, depending on the relative price of the books.

Yea, i know i posted this same thing in the "cheapass manga" thread, but anything to save ppl some money:

If you'd rather buy your manga online, Alphacraze has a lot better prices, $7.95 manga (Kenshin, Naruto, etc) is only $3.81, $9.95 manga (Everything Tokyopop) is $4.79. Media Mail shipping for 17 books was only $1.99, 6 books was 99 cents (not sure how they calculate the shipping). Bought 6 books from them, they were delivered in 6 business days (which isnt bad for Media Mail) all in great condition. Definately suggest you check em out if you'd rather buy your manga online.

Unfortunately, they dont have a store inventory, you can only find books they sell by searching in shopping.yahoo.com. But thats theyre only downfall.

And if you'd rather buy your manga B&M. Suncoast is having a 35% off everything sale, and Buy 2 get 1 free on all manga (YMMV).

I agree, I am very happy with Alphacraze, once u get around searching for what ya need its fairly easy. I paid 22.03 for suikoden III 5,6,7,8 and Kingdom Hearts volume 1. That's a steal.
