Looks like that's the first release of Fable, now superseded by the new version (The Lost Chapters)?

Could just be a stock photo. Yes Lost chapters is the update with more missions, areas(?), and items etc.
 
even if it isnt... is the lost chapters worth seeking out.. those games run about 10 bucks each complete at your local GS/EB.. so i don't know.
