That's it? Just BF2 and SF? No Euro Force or Armored Fury? For $49.99!? I really don't see any value there. BF2 has already dropped to $20 at Staples...I imagine it will be dropping to $30 or lower everywhere else by June (Dexlue Edition's release) and that will cause Special Forces to drop $20 or so. What's up with that, EA?
 
At least then I can get both for $50 instead of buying them separate for $80. My staples here in town doesn't carry any games for PC, so this is a better deal for me to wait on.
 
Yep... I just got BF 2 at Staples for $20, but I figured I might as well sell it on Ebay while it's still fetching a decent amount, and just pick up the Deluxe when it goes on sale somewhere.

Well, that's just it. You won't be paying $80 for the two in June. I can't see the stand-alone only dropping $10 when Deluxe ships. I suppose they could drop it to $40 and keep SF at $30 to make Deluxe seem like a bargin. But these deluxe editions normally cost $30...right? Am I just making that up?

special forces is fucking awesome. What the hell are you talking about? The only problem with special forces is that no one is playing it. The night maps are not all that good but, Surge, Mass, Ghost Town, and Warlord are all really fun maps.
 
Might get this since I was waiting for the game to be fixed so you don't have to apply a bunch of patches to have both Battlefield 2 and its expansion working... but I'm not sure if this is worth it with Battlefield 2142 coming out...
