I was looking at game on ebay and found this game

i asked the person is it GH or non. i get this email back

if you are a collector go away i want my custumers to buy because they like the game so i willnot tell you if its a greatest hits or the original but i will tell you that its new and look at description thank you

So if you look at the item again... Stock photo shows First print. SO if you ask me the buyer has the right to refuse the item when they find out its a greatest hits sealed game.

Now if its a real Orginal game that seller got screwed big time LOL

No, it is not against ebay rules as it is a stock photo supplied by ebay (or possibly another service they use). They do not state the pictured item is what you recieve, nor do they state it is the original release. Technically, a picture does not have to do with the auction at all. Unless they state that what is pictured is what you will recieve, they are within the rules of ebay.

Wow, what an asshole. I mean, why should he care what the winning bidder does with the item? All he should be concerned about is the $$$, and if it was a non-greatest hits version, he should have mentioned it, because maybe he would have received more then $22 for it.

[quote name='wbc1228']There is 99.999% chance that the FF Tactics that the seller is selling is a GH version. Why? Because, this seller explicitly state that the God of War game he is selling (11 used copies?!) is "the original version not the greatest hit thing". Not sure why the seller is such a douchebag when a buyer ask an appropriate question.

11 used copies he's selling? Sounds like the seller really buys the games he buys to play and because he likes them not sell for a profit or collect or whatever. What a moron that guy is.

Odds are it's a GH, because he got so defensive about it. Like it really matters anyway. Believe me if it was a Black label original, it would have been all over the auction that it was "an original rarez Black Lable FF!!!11 OMG!1!"
