CNN offering real-time replay of 9/11/01 newscast free

Weird. Didn't even check there and didn't even think to. Oh well, lock this one up.

I have that downloaded somewhere. It's a good listen, they were broadcasting not too far from the WTC. IIRC, the show started off with them talking about Howard and Pam Anderson at some event the previous night.
 
I had taken my GF to her class that morning, and Howard was how I had heard about what was going on. It was odd listening to a man who makes a living off of being an ass, doing some of the best reporting/commentary on the situation.
 
It is so damn strange that this happened five years ago...

I was watching it on and off during my planning period and some classes when students weren't around. There was an annoucement today about it at school and of course half staff flag flown. But other than that it was a normal Monday.

It was kinda hard watching the video again and I kept on looking at the clock saying, 2 more minutes til that building behind the guy gets hit and of course the reporter at the time having no idea what was about to happen behind him.

I started that topic over on the other board because of the sensitive nature of it.
