Check your local costume or halloween shops, ebay, google. Or you might have to make it yourself.

An old roommate built a similar costume. He was the Hamburger Helper guy.

He built the frame out of chicken wire and then put cloth over that.

He probably put 40 - 50 hrs into it and only wore it for an hour becuase it was so uncomfortable.

Freaking awesome.
