Spectral vs. Generation (Japan) PSP import at Playasia, for $18 Shipped.
This looks like a simple fighter. Being a fighter it's supposedly import friendly since gameplay isn't hard to figure out. On the downside there are almost no extras and a small roster. But if you like fighters and looking for something different then this might pique your interest.
I looked online and found this review Here's the highlights.
The problem with Spectral Vs. Generation isn't that it's a bad game; the game play is solid and the characters feel different enough from each other, but rather that in comparison to other PSP fighters like Guilty Gear Judgement, Tekken: Dark Resurrection, and Street Fighter Zero Double Upper, the game seems a bit lacking, especially since those games all offer large rosters and a lot more modes of play. If you're looking for a good PSP fighting game, you'll probably want to try the other fighters first, but if you've already played those titles and want something new, Spectral Vs. Generation isn't a bad choice.
Import Friendly?
Japanese language won't be a problem in Spectral Vs. Generation; aside from brief dialogue and ending scenes in the arcade mode, and the button layout in key config (which is quite easy to figure out), all the game options and text are in English.
