Banned from bestbuy ?

So I starting getting error messages while trying to place an order on bestbuy.com . I've heard people have gotten banned for getting red flagged as a reseller for buying too many copies of the same game . I've bought 4 copies of portal 2 over time (could that be why ? ) I Haven't traded in more than 3 of the same game or anything like that . I spoke to a unboxed forum mod and he says my account has been terminated but didn't explain specifically why . Anyone able to shed some light on my situation ?

What is the exact error message you are getting?

I was "banned" because of a server error on Best Buys side.  The Unboxed peons were as useless as tits on a boar hog.  Just call the 800 number and ask to speak to someone in the back office, those people can actually assist in this issue.

It was after clicking submit order and the it would reload the same screen and at the top in red letters it said something along the lines of "there was an error and we are unable to complete your order"

That's not a Ban..........it means there is a glitch on the web site.... it happens from time to time...

I had the same thing happen to me while trying to order Tomb Raider.It was when i tried to pay with paypal, instead of finalizing my order it just kicked me back to the BB website.Finally i just paid with my BB credit card and it went through so i thought it was an issue with paypal.

Idk it happened several times , so I posted on the forums asking and the dude said my account was terminated . So I figured I got banned for placing too many duplicate orders .
