Borderlands 2 GOTY $14.99 OR Season Pass $7.49 [Steam]

was hoping this was ps3/psn. I got torque/gaige for free, but can't bite on the other dlcs yet. Was hoping with ps+ freebie they would have dlc on sale, but not yet... I get jealous seeing people playing as the psycho krieg, but im not paying 9.99 for that, crizazy.
