Not sure if these are the basic non fee Mastercards or Pre-paid fee loaded cards. This will make a big difference on whether it`s wise to buy a single $100 card, two $50 cards or four $25 ones.

From 8/3-8/16 you get a $10 coupon for every $100 spent on "Mastercard giftcards".

So buying a single $100 card or two $50 cards will generate 1 $10 coupon. It`s 1 coupon printed per transaction.
The coupons are redeemable from 8/17-8/23.

The fine print states "$10 off a $10 or more store purchase" so I think that`s in-store only.

Even with the fee using the $10 coupon a game that comes with $10-$20 in pts is really good assuming there`s deals that week. Bad time though would`ve been nice fo pre-order games using the cards on games with pts stacking coupons to get clearance games, $20 games to $10 & $30 ones to $20. Could help with flips too

Hmm...maybe I'll finally try one of these out.  The $10 off coupon in my point of view, kind of cancels out any fees.

There are some things online I want to order that don't take Paypal and don't want to get an actual credit card.

Would have preferred a $5 coupon on $50 worth of these cards.

I won't mess with Kmart. The points expire 2 weeks after the fact, and even with this promo the $10 is only good for a couple days. That's not a deal to me. That's just forcing you to spend it on something you wouldn't have otherwise purchased.

I'll stick with GCU for now, and, the way it's looking, indefinitely...

True, I think this deal is better when combined with other stuff or if there`s something on sale/clearance that just too high. A $20 PSN card for $10 or something like that works too.
