First 3 riddles
So you are shown a short comic strip showing our "warrior" who seems to be in some sort of a predicament and told to search for clues hidden in the image.
Riddle One
Riddle one is accessed by clicking on the golden floor panel in the “Perhaps it is I who am the prisoner…’ panel which takes you to a new screen which shows a tablet with the word “GURTVIRE” written on it which is our first riddle. This riddle is simply solved because if you noticed at the bottom of the comic strip when telling you how to play it, it clearly says “GURTVIRE → THE GIVER”. So that is the answer to our first riddle click anywhere on the tablet and you will be redirected back to the comic strip only this time at the bottom there will be a text box for you to enter the answer into with the words “IF YOU THINK YOUR ANSWER IS WORTHY OF THE GODS, ENTER IT HERE”. Simply type in the giver and click submit and you will be awarded you first 100 exp, directed to The Givers facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Thegiver2a) cause even in Greek mythology facebook is important and allowed to download a rather cool Perseus Wallpaper.
Riddle Two
Riddle two is accessed by clicking on the little spidery image in the second panel it’s located just below and to the right of the ring that his chain is attached to. This then takes you to The Givers Twitter account (https://twitter.com/TheGiver2a) and a specific tweet “I pass this:"Ha! You think that I AM EAGER to help you? You have it all mixed up Prisoner! See if you can sort it out.” https://bit.ly/RZhxpn . You now have your second riddle and two clues to go along with it first was the spidery image you clicked on and the second is the tweet. The tweet is simple enough “I AM EAGER” and “mixed up” this is just a basic word jumble the un-jumbling is helped along by our first clue the image we clicked on fans of the game who have be following it may in fact notice that the image is one of our main protagonist Megaera who is one of the Furies or Erinyes in Greek mythology and “I AM EAGER” just so happens to un-jumble to Megaera. So with the riddle solved click on the link at the end of the tweet to be sent back to the comic strip with the text box waiting once again at the bottom for you to type “Megaera” into click submit and congratulations you have another 100 exp.
Riddle Three
Riddle three is our final riddle of this comic strip and is accessed by clicking on the feathers in the same panel as the first riddle (“Perhaps it is I who am the prisoner…”) which takes us to The Givers second tweet “Though my feathers make me quick, I have never quickened; what strength have you, warrior, to cast me thusly?” https://bit.ly/RSCkHH . This is the third riddle and unfortunately we don’t have a very helpful picture to go along with this one just some feathers. Firstly pulling apart this tweet “my feathers make me quick” so it is someone or something that has feathers and is quick obvious ones that spring to mind are of course Hermes and his boots neither of which is correct. The second part of the tweet “I have never quickened”, now quickened we have three main meanings first of course speed up and secondly come to life or become animated and thirdly reach the stage of pregnancy when the foetus can be felt to move, so either a women who has been pregnant or an inanimate object because it has never had life. So an inanimate object that has feathers on it and it is quick the final part of the clue gives us the answer because the only inanimate object with feathers that a warrior “casts” is of course an arrow. So once again click the link at the end of the tweet scroll down then enter in “arrow” into the text box and hit submit. Congratulations you have another 100 exp and the last for this comic strip you also get awarded the “Relic of Prosperity”.
