I just got a used copy of Rainbow 6 Siege on Ebay and the Activation Code has already been used, before the seller ships, does anyone know if they will give a replacement code if you have the old code? 

 
That's something you need to take up with the Ebay seller and not Uplay.  Chances are he sent you a used code and he needs to replace it or refund your money.

Nope. You're basically getting screwed. They won't replace a used key due to a used game buy. Basically all you're buying are the discs. Once a code is used its tied to the account that used it.

 
Yah, never buy a modern day pc game used. Whenever I see that crap on craigslist (don't shop on E-Bay), I flag the listing.
