i made a trade with a fellow CAGer on 5/19 and todays it's 5/22. i sent the code first via PM
because he has higher feedback. i see that he's read the PM and he's been on a bunch of times since.
 
i understand if there's a medical/family emergency but it doesn't seem to be the case here...
 
any advice on how to proceed?

You haven't tried contacting the CAG again? You really should start there. If he still doesn't respond, then yes, get a mod involved.

i've followed up three times since 5/19 with PMs and he hasn't responded. This morning he posts a new trade in one of the megathreads. i'm not sure what to think now...

htz is providing mod support, other trader has PMed back, needing more time. will update when trade goes through.
