Im platting it on ps3 so that I can trade it in and put that towards the ps4 version. I like the game a lot. And just started playing the MP. Its so fun and very different. But I'm annoyed its only the veterans left mainly online. I also assume they bought the paid DLC weapons as well. Which I dont want to do for the PS3 version. Ill get them on PS4 though.

So Mutant Mudds actually is really good. It's difficult, but in the sense that you know what you did wrong, and you can overcome it. Not cheap, with shitty controls or shitty AI. The only thing I don't like is that I never know what power up to bring to get to the secret area. So no matter what, I'm playing most levels twice. But aside from that, it's pretty awesome and just sucked a ton of hours away from my night.

It's a grind, basically. You have to play about 160 matches to unlock both mp trophies. Some people skipped on that, since it can be tedious. I sure did.

Its up to you. I think its fun. I dont think you will be able to sell it for too much more new versus used if you do decide to just play it and sell it later. I will only be playing it on ps3 until July 29th. Then Ill swap over hopefully.

I did mention I'm trying to finish it on PS3 so that I can get it again on PS4. This game is too good to not want to upgrade. I love it and need more games on my PS4. For $40 ill get it day one.

It's a year old and that's how most MP games end up after just a couple months. I really liked the MP but most people didn't and we're vocal about it so it makes even more sense that only those that were really into it are still playing.

Mutant Mudds was the 3rd, not on sale but free. Mutant Mudds I had a lot of fun with. Haven't actually bought OlliOlli or Dustforce yet, but there is actually a demo for Dustforce that you can check out. I need to play it before I buy the game. OlliOlli I'll probably buy for sure but may not play it right away. Lots of people here love it though. Confirmed as cross-buy for PS4 and PS3 when those versions come out too.

When you got into the secret area and beat it, it exits you out to the main menu anyway. So you basically have to play all the levels 2 times anyway.

EDIT: Damn you could pay for skills too. How lame.

The weapons and skills were all included in the season pass, so most people who have all of the map packs have all of that content too. They're not overpowered or pay to win. Shotgun owns most of the new guns. The silenced assault rifle can shine on some maps, but I find that an upgraded semi auto is a better use of parts for most games.

The MP has had way more legs than I expected. I think its phenomenal. Slower pace than most MP and a bigger emphasis on team play and strategy than on twitch shooting. You still have to be able to shoot, of course, but it's not like CoD or Battlefield where you're killed within a faction of a second of someone seeing you. You can survive and escape most encounters if you're being smart.

I wasn't saying it was pay to win. But its definitely a team game. And I feel like no one on my team ever sticks together. Then when I kill someone on their team I get jumped before I could finish them off and all 3 buddies instantly save them. Im not trying to down the game in anyway. Im not a quitter and will work at getting better and learning the maps. Its all a challenge to me. 

Also I know most games are like this after a year. But I'm usually good at all MP games I play. Its just this one. Like I said its different and really team oriented. Its not a game where I can go 4v1 like in Gears of War or something. 

Anyways if someone wants to play online for fun with me just let me know.

Oh one last thing. I have TLOU online connected to my Facebook. Its so funny how it has the NPC survivors in my camp as my Facebook friends. When I do bad in a game and can't feed everyone or someone is sick it will be like, "Mike is thinking about eating the cat." I think its funny seeing little things like that in between games.
