Cheater cheater aspirin eater (feel free to replace 'aspirin' with whatever you're popping these days).

Darn, I had to look up one solution too.

Still waiting for The Swapper to come out so I can see how you fair with that.
Do you remember which puzzle it was in Braid that you had to look up? Just curious, because I'll remember the one I couldn't figure out til the day I die.

Kingdom Hearts 1.5 on sale at Best Buy for $19.99... wait or buy? :whistle2:k

Edit: Considering it was this same price during the last Gamefly sale, I think I'll hold out for a better price from them in the future.
If it's $16 with GCU I'd say buy. Kingdom Hearts is awesome, but I'm a sucker for these HD remakes. I got the special edition from Amazon for $20 and I couldn't be happier with it.

EDIT: Preowned is $15 and in stock. I should buy another copy so I can leave my SE sealed.

I'm sure no one will care but I just got our (my wife, brother and myself) tickets for the Rodrigo y Gabriela show next month at Red Rocks. They weren't cheap but that's okay because we'll be sitting in the 14th row! If you have never been to a concert at RR, add it to your bucket list, best venue ever!

I'm actually embarrassed of mine because the solution is so simple, I just couldn't figure it out for some reason. The one that stumped me is the puzzle piece on the right:

Wow.

Don't be embarrased.

You're talking about the one where you have to have the baddie bounce off your head, then rewind and let the baddie bounce off the shadow's head then you bound off the baddie, right? Who in their right mind could have ever figured that out!?!?!?

Needless to say, that's the one I couldn't figure out either. There were a couple in the final world that probably took me about an hour each, but I finally got them. That one, I just couldn't get it. Like I said, it will haunt me.

I want to order it pre-owned, but I haven't had good luck getting a case and manual with pre-owned games from Best Buy. My store has virtually no video game stock left.

Mint oreos are the best, but I love mint.  I had some of the birthday cake ones yesterday, they were good but I don't think I'd buy them myself.

Yep, that's the one, and I feel less stupid now knowing I'm not the only one who was completely baffled by it.

And now we're watching 12 year old girls sing Let It Go on YouTube. As if  that's some sort of gateway to a singing career.

This is what my summer has turned into.

Beats being outside mowing the lawn.

Sick, but I hate mint.

You should go mow the lawn.

You guys don't like the banana split oreos?
Havent tried those, or the birthday ones.

Oh man, there's no way I would have ever got it. Only way I see most people figuring that one out is if they
accidentally let that thing fall on their head and see it bounce. That may create a flicker of an idea in their head, but unfortunately it never happened to me. I don't think I ever remember even seeing those things bounce off my head before, I had no idea they would bounce up.

I actually tried the Reese Cup ones the other day...they run a close race with the marshmallow ones.
These are the only ones mentioned so far I have tried. As a Reese's fan boy I was shocked how good these were. It did not hurt that they were free from someone who works at Nabisco giving them (and a lot of other Nabisco stuff) to my wife as a thank you for driving more than her fair share of times in carpool.

Yeah they were pretty awesome. I kind of expected them to be basically the same as the peanut butter ones they had already put out, but they definitely were not. Taste just like a Reese's, inside of an Oreo.

what store are you guys finding these oreos at? I've only checked a few places around here and cannot find any of these flavors I see you all talk about.

I found the banana split ones at Harvey's, which only has stores in GA, FL, and SC.

The only food reviews I watch are Leonard's.

So got bored at work and compared the PSN thread top posters with this thread's top to see who we lost in the transition.  Sorted into a few groups:

The "Tough (probable) Losses" group:

Eldritch - 1 post here, mentioned he probably won't be coming back here.

affa - mentioned he has no plans to post here. (update: 2 posts here!  So you're saying there's a chance?!?!?!)

Breakfuss - no mention of whether he plans to post here, but I'd doubt it. He and I rarely saw eye to eye but I know some of you guys enjoy what he posts.

The "Tough (potential) Losses" group:

Thermopyle - Only 1 post here, no mention of whether he plans to frequent this thread, but he does like his women "cute and curvy"

mpaullin - Only 2 posts here, but I think he'll come around once in a while.

jkam - M.I.A.

jcondon - Didn't post much but usually had good posts.  Only 1 post here, no mention of if he plans frequent thread.

cleaner7 - Didn't post much but usually had good posts.  Only 1 post here, no mention of if she plans to frequent thread.

The "Didn't Post Often But Were Cool" Group: (none of these people have posted here yet)

@FIF (update: posted, got a "maybe" out of him)

Did I miss anyone?  Not too bad, I'm impressed most the regulars have made it over to this thread and our little community is still pretty alive.  Hopefully jkam joins us if/when he ever logs into CAG again, and some of the "Didn't Post Often But Were Cool" group hopefully join us as well.

I've only ever tried Chocolate, Regular, Berry, Reese's and Birthday Cake. I'm a bit hesitant when it comes to Fruit Punch flavor. Still have yet to try and find Rice Krispie's and I'm not a big fan of those chocolate covered Oreo's. A bit too rich for my blood, when it comes to the flavor. It doesn't help that my local Wal-Mart doesn't have the flavors that I always hear about and want to try.

By the way, Justin Beiber was found via a YouTube video. So, I wouldn't count out those 12 year old girls singing "Let it go" just yet. Unless they happen to not be that great when it comes to singing the song. But that's not saying much when I resort to the Beib's. :puke:

Wow. Haven't seen, nor heard anything about Cliffy B in a while. I guess he stopped trying to stand up for people and steal the limelight every 15 minutes.

This post makes me want a post from you listing what group everyone that has moved over falls into.

Nice, I can't remember the blog I usually read but I'll look for it. Dude reviews basically everything new/weird that comes out, and is pretty funny/likeable, and is usually right on point with my tastes.

Edit: this one http://fatguyfoodblog.blogspot.com/

I have some plans in the future and give everyone a "role" or nickname of sorts in the OP and have some fun with it, just haven't got around to it yet. Similar to what happened to the meta-world that was created around Twitch Plays Pokemon, but obviously not to that same extent.

Like wresting, where I'm the commissioner, Stotch is the champ, SJD is the scrappy underdog. Or like highschool, where Velo's the drug dealer that gets all the girls, NinjaSquirrel is the overly-nice kid with a dark secret, rpg's the quiet kid who only talks when it's really important, and snakey is the special needs student.

This sounds just like high school for me. I wasnt in any group or clique really. A real nobody.

No reason to put down the special needs students like that. I would go more for the kid who thinks he is allergic to soap or something. Otherwise, solid work.

Haha thinks he's allergic to soap. That's good stuff. I'll definitely be needing help from the rest of you to make sure it's as hilarious as possible.

I appreciate being considered "cool" (at least by one person), so you can take me off the "no post yet" list. Sadly, I probably won't look here too often for multiple reasons (mostly time limitations), but it's nice knowing that important thoughts and ideas (such as oreo flavor ruminations) are being discussed somewhere on CAG.

Looked through some old stuff and realized I have a good bit of GBA boxes and manuals. Is it worth the time and effort to try and sell them or should I just toss them?

I'm still waiting the day I can see a show at Red Rocks. It looks like an amazing place to see any band. Rodrigo y Gabriela can play some great music on the guitars. Their covers are amazing.

My friend just called me and offered a free ticket to see Sound Tribe Sector 9 (STS9) this weekend. I guess they just got a new bass player so it should be a interesting show. I've missed their last few shows before the hiatus.
