The people in the video are saying he shot him while he was on the ground. A "friend" of the cop says the cop's story is that Brown bum rushed him and even after being shot kept coming until he was a couple feet away and took a bullet to the head at that point and finally fell to the ground close to the officer.

From that video Brown doesnt look to be 6'4" 290 or whatever. But it is probably just the perspective.

The new autopsy report shows that he was shot while facing the officer.

I don't like the characters at all really. Everyone is whiny and no one is taking charge. Each predicament just seems worse than the last. I guess they are trying to grow Clementine but I feel like they are just dropping her into awful scenarios rather than her deciding anything.

I'm playing Ep. 4 now, it's ok but so far I still feel fairly "meh" on it and I love the TV show and comic. Loved the first season game. I'm just not really buying into season 2 or connecting with it. Feels forced and repetitive.

can't emphasize this enough. nobody gives a fuck how many trophies you have. most people like the pretty pictures and seeing what people are playing.

Whole thing is crazy. It's comes down to whatever lead them to that situation doesn't really match the end result. All started over jaywalking. Pretty sad.

 
Crimsonland is on sale.  Wasnt it on sale when it first released too?  I am tempted to get it and R Type (even thought its only a 50 cent savings) as Resogun has rejuvenated my love for twin stick shooters.

 
So I just picked up my diablo from gamestop and I didn't get the dlc for the pauldrons and whatever the other thing was. So if anyone doesn't want theirs let me know I'll PayPal you some cash. ... Also I didn't open may game yet so it may be in the case.

So can anyone clearly and concisely explain how the hell Pinball Arcade works?  Like with crossbuy (or not) and pro upgrades and seasons and all this nonsense?
