Tyler, you should get cable.  Then when FWB comes over, you can watch it together for 3 minutes.  Then you would make her go in the other room to sit alone in silence while you watched the rest of the show.

 
So I saw Turtles movie last night. Wasn't Guardians level, but wasn't terrible. Certainly not as bad as I had expected.

But seriously, when that guy who killed April's dad referenced the lab experiment that created them he said 4 box turtles when every fuck ing clip they show is of Red Eared Sliders. Really?

My cousin is in the theater for Turtles right now. He's been complaining on FB the whole time about stuff in it. He's a big fan of the cartoons and comics, though.

 
Original Diablo had single player, LAN play, and unsecured battle.net play from your local saves. Brings back memories of drop duping for decent gear. Something else Diablo 2 introduced was saves locked to the cloud in Battle.net so you couldn't tamper with them.

You enjoy it somewhat your first time through with Diablo 2, but after that it's rushing through the two annoying acts (Act 2 and 3) to get to the end areas. So much of the "size" is just pointless open space for the sake of the world being bigger than Diablo 1. Like that fucking giant piece of desert at the end of Act 2 which you have to wander around the eight connected tombs until you find the right one for the end Act boss.

I'm a huge fan of Turtles too, but I went in expecting disappointment. Its definitely no Secret of the Ooze, but it has some enjoyable moments. The thing is, no remakes or reboots are ever going to come close to what you personally grew up with or was your first experience with an IP. There are some people that want to see these things JUST so they can tear it apart and lament over the golden days. I hate that.

Yeah, well when our webteam transitioned to a new CMS they migrated all of our pages to a new domain that used vvww instead of www in the URL. We'll we've stopped using the vvww now since everything is finished so I get to go in and update about 100 links that are now broken on one of our webpages. That's why I make the big bucks here. Because I delete two "v"s, add a "w", and click save.

I was that way, but I knew it wasn't going to be even close, so I lowered expectations and went to enjoy a movie, not a Ninja turtles comic movie

Lazy devs. Some of them must hate coming up with something unique for each achievement. It's like, this is your chance to shine or be clever or make players proud to show off their accomplishments and instead you give them this shit. I forgot what game I played recently and the achievement/trophy icons were all the same too. It's not just XB1. I like when devs go the extra step and even color code the unique icons to show campaign versus multiplayer achievements/trophies.

It's not so much about the repeats. It's more about their style. Their widescreen style now and usually screenshots from within game I think. I just think those are really ugly compared to the little square icons that PSN uses and XBL used to use.

 
Just admit that if you took the D2 system and put it in the D1 map you would have zero reasons to complain about the additions made in D2.

I mean shit, you're complaining about the addition of a class based system? Complain about 90% of the skills being useless (or only leveled up for synergies later on) but to complain about them trying to give you a more unique experience when you change classes rather than just a palette swap is madness.

My story involved playing video games and one of my raises for the year being 19% (btw, I just had my annual review and received the standard 3% increase as well...fourth raise in a year) and your story involved doing tedious work to update links.

Wait, he probably has a white one because those are cheap as fuck. I bet he made the FWB pay for part of it.

Theres a difference between commenting on a topic at hand in a discussion and going out of your way to complain about something that you chose to go see of your own volition.

But hey, maybe back in your day you had to walk 20 miles barefoot in the snow to bitch to someone. I guess social media is better by comparsion.

But I sent a message to PapaSmurf on CAG who left him his only feedback in 2009 and offered him $10 PayPal if he can remember the address/name he sent it to. He's seeing what he can find.

 
Drakengard 3 is getting better as i get new types of weapons,  upgrade my weapons, unlock new moves and have more companions to join me. It is classic drakengard/nier with a cursing bloody chic and lots of crazy vulgar chatter. Still too dynasty warriors for me, and if you die you have to replay the entire level sometimes, which is horrible. Sacred 3 and Drakengard 3 have great 2 minute side quests which not only give you exp and $, but also always give you a bonus item/weapon/increased inventory. I love side quests that are super quick and actually improve my characters. n yeah, Diablo 3, should I start again as that paladin crusader?

So I just bought a 64GB micro SD card for my phone cause I thought I could put a ton of comics on there but now I don't think I can.  Fuuuuck.  I guess I can use it for music files.
