40inch 1080p can be found for cheap if you want. Depends on how much you can handle the issue.

 
I liked Enslaved, probably one of the last times I played through something in a weekend. I remember I got it from Amazon for $25 finished it and traded it back to them for $25. Love shit like that.

I finished Metal Gear Solid 4 over the weekend, what a weird and wacky game, and crazy long ending. I think I might do Rising next since it's short. I also finished TWD Season 2 Episode 5, overall I'm not sure how I feel about the series moving forward.
It's good but I ended up killing Kenny and stuck with Jane. Everything just feels like a setup for the next season. Season 1 was great, didn't get the same vibe from 2.

blech, that's what I was worried about. completing the whole game coop. nuts. for me that likely means having to play the whole main game twice and I'm not sure I have it in me, especially with shit like 'synchronize 100 viewpoints' and 'collect a fuckton of flags'. probably 40 hours or so again.

I didn't even realize it was a lawsuit thing, but it was awhile ago now. From what I've read online it is a simple fix and the guy who came to fix mine did it in like 5 minutes. If you are considering buying a new one you might want to take the chance and crack the thing open to try. I remember looking up the part it was seriously like a few dollars. I feel lucky because the TV has worked great since they fixed it but mine got to the point where rather than turning on and off it stopped turning on all together. Good luck with whatever you choose. They don't make them like they used to!

I would guess that the coop sequences are different from the story missions, but who knows. Also notice, it has nothing about sync percentage in co-op. It just says you have to complete them.

ETA: There is not even any mention of 100% sync at all. I would love for it not to have those extra objectives for a change.

Isn't it kind of weird to have two disparate reviews on the same site? I would assume most would have the same reviewer play a bit of both versions to say how they differ, but I'm not familiar with your site so maybe this is normal.

yeah they had an rca 40inch for 225 at bestbuy over weekend.

n yeah mine doesnt even turn on now. it is supposed to be only $5 parts but i dont know how to do that stuff. im hoping the labor isn't too much, idk. I guess if under $100 ill do it, if over ill just put it in the closet, buy a new one and hope to find a guy off cl that can do it for $40 or so someday. idk

You also have to wonder what the "new" actually means. DSi actually had like 2 or 3 Dsi "only" games but no one even knew or cared. I realize Xenoblade is a higher profile title but Nintendo's stopgap approach sucks balls. I guess they never read the internet to hear what people say about them because they are too busy protecting the children from it. At this point it's just fuck ing common sense and it's pretty clear they don't have any. #fireiwata

Yeah I thought it was weird too. I asked our managing editor/site owner and he said go ahead with the different scored review as it gives good contrast or whatever. We don't normally have multiple reviews for the same game on different platforms. I'd have probably reviewed both versions if I had a PS4 or he would have if he had a Vita. Buy for now, that's how he decided to have us do it.

and called tv repair, even tho samsung admits it was their fault we were too late to complain, so also fuck that noise, they said $200 just to come look at it, not including labor. We are just gonna work alot more and go buy a new one, probly just a cheaper (insignia, rca) 40 incher. Like $300 probly. I paid $900 5 years ago for the 40 inch, so i love that prices actually drop. I paid so much for my computer 10 years ago, and bought a new one this year for $300 also.

I need to go out and get some supplies and then we are gonna velocity x2 cb stream all day/nite hopefully til I plat, lolol.

Hey Velo, I would recommend researching a new TV... now a days HD TV's are just too much to fix compared to the relatively lower cost of TV's now. When I worked at Best Buy, if you had our warranty, 90% of the time we would just replace the TV with a similar one because it would cost us less than fixing it. you can get a 40" samsung LED 1080 P for $450 at Best Buy and then you get the knowledge that if something happens again quickly you aren't out another $200

yeah we are just gonna get a new one. It's awesome how much cheaper they are, but it also sucks to have a huge chunk of money disappear because of their shitty mistake, especially when I got samsung for the quality. Should I even get another Samsung, or just get a cheaper version? I don't have enough for a Sony ;)

also yeah tips will distract us, haha. My friend also brought over some extra cid she had on her, so im thinking of dropping that later too, especially if she comes back over tonite and wants to chill. But then im pretty sure Velocity x2 gameplay would suffer, haha. but that wouldn't be for another 12 hours. Iv been so tired too lately. This cute blonde and her hippy dude wanted to cb chill last nite but I passed out watching Conan with my girl. Im getting old.

that's conan the barbarian not the redhead. she has a thing for that kal drago dude. its not the new rock one.

Maybe. They did tweet that the DLC was something they did after submitting the base game to Sony for approval, which is good. Whether they intended to make the DLC beforehand is a different question, but at least it wasn't ready and willing but left out for the extra moolah.

When I was looking at TVs recently I didnt think any of them looked absolutely horrible. An RCA or cheap brand might be fine for a long time. Then again they could die on you too just like the Sammy. Go look at TVs and determine what your cost/quality picture ratio is and go for it.

Honestly if you don't care, I would say go a cheaper brand, my whole family has Vizios, and I can vouch for them. Have had my 27" I bought in 2007 and it still works today. Have a 42" vizio in my living room and its been fine the last 2 and a half years. In laws have also had a vizio for 3 years and it works fine. This is the similar TV to what I have, just the newer upgraded version with LED and 120 hz refresh, 379.99, pretty damn good.

Eh, there's always gonna be someone who has more time to play than others. I don't think getting it a couple hours early is going to skew the results any more than that will.
