Beat Infamous 2.  I'll admit, it gets better the last third of the game.  I guess 1 and 2 were worth the $20 I paid for them combined but man oh man would I have been disappointed to get either of these at launch.

 
How are Sly 2 and 3 compared to the first? They look to be quite a bit longer, which is a shame since I liked Sly 1's length, but I don't know anything else about 2 and 3.

I'll let you know more once I've progressed further, but starting Sly 2 reminded me how much it improved on the first. Sure, it's a bit longer with the more-open-world-ish aspect, but it's still a lot of fun IMO.

I don't remember how I rated Sly 3 compared to the first and second, but I recall liking Sly 2 the most out of the three.

 
I think I'm up to about 28 perfects now. these velocity games are crack. it's definitely easier once you submit to the platforming parts and accept it. I've got to stop though or it'll eat my life going for the plat.

Sly 2 is my favorite (though I love all of them, it's one of my favorite series). It had the best balance between core platforming and silly minigames/other characters, and a pretty enjoyable plot that went on just long enough. 3 I liked a good deal too, though it had more minigames and sort of got bogged down by them at timees. The story also wasn't as engrossing and seemed a tad rushed with all that happens. Still a really enjoyable game, though it seems apparent Sucker Punch was sort of spinning their wheels at that point with the series and didn't have much more to do with it.

You won't need to create new departments to regulate weed, you just have the departments currently regulating other products take care of weed as well.

Laying off police is asinine, you don't need to lay them off, you can transfer them to departments where they can do more good for the community.

There's an entire industrial complex propped up by this phony drug war. Police. Prison guards. Judges. The private contractors who build and maintain the prisons. You dismantle it and a lot of people will be out of jobs. It needs to be fed. I don't think that was its intended purpose, but that's what it's become. An elaborate jobs program in disguise. Just like the military.

Did everyone just ignore or hate Road Not Taken from last month? I finally tried it today and played it for a few hours. The game gets pretty ridiculous by the 5th or 6th year (out of 15). I'd run into parts of the map that were almost completely covered in objects/animals. How the fuck am I supposed to combine 6 items with all that? I had to quit after running into that seemingly impossible scenario twice. Otherwise I enjoyed my time with it.
 
The second game in a series is almost always the best-

Brotherhood is better than AC II, I think. Maybe. They're both great.

Don't be afraid to be gay. Your character always seems to be a guy, but don't be afraid to REALLY befriend the male NPCs. You still get good stuff, and no one will ever know...

Don't worry guys, your manhood will still be intact if you play gay. I was assuming I was a female when I was romancing that chick til the hood came off. No big deal.

Is there anything in the world worse than the Download List on the PS3?

When you download something from it, and it goes back to the list, half the time it has to refresh the list meaning it restarts at the fucking top!  Come on!  JESUS!

 
Finally watched Face/Off on Netflix. That has to be one of the dumbest movies I've ever watched.

Related question: is there a way to stop the PS4 from announcing that a friend has joined a party, while I'm watching a movie? I saw no way to turn that off.
