This is how cool Vigilante looks when he pulls from the top page of r/reactiongifs:

I know there's a few in here that haven't played the series and also a few that will say "it's not my thing" which I completely understand.

It's that you couldn't get into them but somehow got sucked into Infinite that kills me; which in my humble yet always outspoken opinion is the weakest of the three.

Just accept the fact that we are now sworn enemies... I have "kracker" in my name; it was bound to happen.

To be fair, from what I experienced of 1 and Infinite, they were very different games. So it makes sense to me that someone who likes 1 might not like Infinite and vice versa. Maybe something happens near the end of 1 that makes it become interesting, but what I experienced was a pretty boring by the numbers shooter. Certainly nothing there to make me put aside another game to go back and finish it

No offense to the women here, but I swear my boss is out of his mind for hiring a room full of them for me to work with. All I hear is non-stop talking and giggling over the stupidest crap all day long. I don't even listen to the radio on my ride home. It's my only few minutes of peace and quiet.  :headache:

At least they are giggling and not at each other's throats because one of them didn't wipe down the department microwave well enough.

Hmm...just got an email from LinkedIn saying that a Stephen B. from the Greater Boston Area recently viewed my profile.  Quite interesting!  I wonder who that could be!

I actually started up Bioshock due to liking the first hour or two of BI quite a bit. I figured, "This is pretty damn cool, I should go back and play the first two before I go further on BI."

Nope. Ended derailed when I found Bioshock to be a bit dull and never went back to the series at all.  :nottalking:

We did have one here that got in arguments with one of the others fairly frequently, but thankfully she quit.

But on top of all the noise they generate, we have lots of testing equipment running in here as well. All that along with the radio when my boss feels like playing it makes it nearly impossible to concentrate.

The downside of being an engineer: there were very few women in my classes in college.

The best part of being an engineer: there are very few women in my work place and the ones that are do not seem to cackle constantly or be at each other's throat.

See geek, you're being a Therm.

Don't be a Therm.

Yupp, I interviewed for a position in my companies HR department, out of 15 employees, 14 are women... I honestly had no chance at it, I asked what they were looking for in the position, and they said usual stuff... just work hard do the job, that was it. I knew I was doomed.

They said I didn't get the job because they were looking for someone who wanted to be in an entry level position and not worried about moving up... in other words, they wanted someone they could hang out with... it is why another girl was hired.

I loved Bioshock 1.  I couldnt finish the second due to a frustrating boss or something I cant be bothered to remember.  And I only finished the Infinite because it was free and I flew through it on easy.

Are any of them hot?

Where I work there are a lot of women. I have never seen any issues with cackling and chattering and all that nonsense. In fact by far, really far, the most obnoxious person I've ever worked with was a guy. He was a chatterer. He'd talk your ear off until you wanted to kill him. I was sooo glad when he took another job. I mean he's a nice guy and all, but unbearable.

You guys should revaluate your life choices.

You must be in a government job where nobody gives a shit about anything.

You just have to make sure you hire women who are all the same personality. :0

Otherwise if you hire a ditz and tomboys for example, they won't get along.

On another note,

NASA. So, yes a government job. It's a good job, but I was born to be independently wealthy. I'm not sure what happened.
