I believe it was scheduled to go live sgain today, but that was before all the backlash from the other one. Basically Bungie said they're doing all these changes and would let us know when the next one would be. I guess they also forgot to take whatever program opened it up today offline, since it went up anyway. People thought this was the new and improved iron banner and started flipping out when none of the changes they were promised were in place. I don't go to the Bungie forums, but there were a bunch of posts on reddit this morning about how Bungie lied and they can't do anything right, blah blah blah.
 
Has the nerd fad ended?  Because reading through those blog comments, not to mention the psychos involved with gamergate or whatever the hell it is now, would make it impossible for people to like these nerds.

Yeah this is crazy, why is EU announcing 3 months in advance? Seriously, sales for those games are going to plummet for November and December. Not that I'm complaining, I think it's cool, but very odd to see them announced so early.

Also awesome. I hope we get all 4 of these, I don't own any of them. I'm sure we will. Looks like US and EU have pretty much synced up at this point.

Also told you stotch on First Light.

if these are upcoming free games, people can shove it who complain about this month, those games are awesome!!!

They announced them because this month sucked I am sure... letting people know to be patient!!!

 
It's also strange that they would make the UE of Injustice free as that's one of the main points of making the base game free, so they can sell DLC for it.

But the best ever 'Thats what she said' in the history of the times was when I was playing Trivial Pursuit with some friends. She rolled the dice. Her piece was on my side of the board. I looked at the two colored space options available to help move the piece to and said, "Pink or brown?"

My friend replied back in an instant and she will now forever be known as the TWSS champeen. All hail.

I got to level 25 in Race the Sun. Figured I'd better take advantage of the level progression bug while I could. Perks of buying early? It's a pretty addicting game. Our kids really like it too. But there is one huge shortcoming: there is no friend leaderboard. How can there not be a friend leaderboard? Lame. Apocalypse mode is insane. I have no idea how I'd ever complete the 4th level (or section or round or whatever it is called). I haven't even finished one yet.

Well that was a quick slap to the face, just bought Mutant Blobs Attack yesterday off PSN and it was added today to the humble bundle i purchased last week.

Also guys, IGN detailed the GTA V first person mode.  Same as switching the zoom on the camera when driving, you can do it at any point.  So play how you like.

They also added a ton of detail to inside the vehicles with each car having full dash boards, you see the character hot wire the car, and when people are riding with you they are fully animated and don't just sit there a talk without looking at you or moving their mouth!  HYPE!

 
Saw this gem on the Facebook post of the blog update.

"Jesus this service has gone from 12 items with semi decent content to utter bargain bin , £1 pc indies . Glad I have an xbox one as well to at least entertain me as the content and service is abysmal on Sony's platform . 20 yrs a devout and just waiting for the straw to finish off my love affair."
 
Beat Infinite when I bought it, plat Bioshock 1, but never finished Bioshock 2 because I started it immediately after platting 1 and was a bit burned out. Should go back soon.

 
Tyler your poll isn't very clear. I would like to have a discussion on what the word "finished" means. Does that mean you just went through the story once, or platted the game? Everyone please respond.

I actually started writing out a list of reasons why this is the dumbest thing ever and then I had to take a breath and stop for my own sanity.

I chose "havent played" for Bio2 because I've only done the MP. Of course, I have actually played it, because I played the MP. It was a real conundrum, but I finally settled on "havent played". Now you have me second guessing my answers.

With regards to AW I'm putting myself a bit under the gun by wanting to trade it in to Best Buy in time to preorder Far Cry 4.

Played some of the multiplayer and it's pretty good, especially now while everyone is learning the maps and it feels like a more level playing field. I like all of the unlocks and customization. Eventually the DLC will start coming out and that will be the end of my playing since I'm not too hyped about the idea of spending another $50 on that.

Only got to play a bit of the Evolve alpha and it just makes me wish they had done Left 4 Dead 3. I prefer having story progression and different objectives to keep the game going. Maybe with a proper group and communication I could get more out of it but as it stands most of my interest in it has vanished.

I finished the story on Injustice on my Vita. Pretty decent. Length wasn't bad. Ridiculous number fights required for 2/3 of the trophies, though.

I tried to play last night but all I got was to start a matchmaking screen with no one in it but me. I sat at that a good while without it ever changing. They did have a message up saying the matchmaking was problematic and to keep trying. So I backed out and went back in several time with no luck. Now I guess I have this stupid alpha in "Library" and no way to delete it.
