I'd be more than happy to play coop unity with anyone here, assuming that they'll play at 4:30a cst. or they have to tolerate me being micless and on remote play around 8p. otherwise, it's crappy randoms which I'll definitely be trying to see how that goes.

Yes. It would freeze and sometimes it would just look super horrendous. Sometimes it would play fast motion too. What is this magic URL??? I need that! But not sure how this would help when watching on PS4??? It doesn't let me put in a URL.

Hopefully they fix all this on their own next season.

It was for PC. That was the only device I had trouble with. It worked great on PS3 and iPad for me. Maybe there were just some bugs with it being the first year for the PS4.

As for the Assassin's Creed discussion if you've played every game in the series and finished them all that's pretty impressive. I don't think I'd ever be able to keep up unless that was 1 of like 3 or 4 games I played each year. 4 was pretty great though. I think I might end up playing the Freedom Cry DLC before bothering with Unity or Rogue.

for anyone that cares, amazon is down to 3 new copies of jojo's bizarre adventure :ps3:. since they were the exclusive carrier of the US release, that means all new copies from here on out will be resellers which trends that price right back up.

it's a little surprising since when I checked a couple months back it still maxed out at quantity 999 and I don't think the price dipped drastically, but meh.

You could try and get AW plats back to back to back with TWD and TWAU.

At this point it seems pretty clear Ubisoft isn't interested in anything they can't annualize (or at least bi-annualize). I agree with Owl though that they may alternate full games with smaller downloadable ones like Blood Dragon (though not BD2, unfortunately).

Have you even attempted the challenges in Arkham Asylum yet? If not, you may want to look for a new game #6 or make that game #1 and be satisfied if you get 1 plat.

Shock and Awe Extreme could take you to next Saturday alone if you are like me.

GoW main campaigns aren't that bad for those two. It's the challenges after that I struggled on.

God of War 1 is pretty easy, except you have to beat the game in less than 6 hours, which isn't too difficult if you have played it before. Some of the challenges in God of War 1 and 2 are pretty annoying, but nothing too hard.

I just read that the new version of Elgato does not stream PS3 games.  I wanted the HD60 cause it's the best bet but if it doesn't stream PS3, I think it's pretty pointless.  Should I just get the Playstation Eye Camera and stream through the PS4?  I won't get to have a cool overlay on my Twitch stream but it seems like a waste to get it just for that.

 
I think the Ubi approach is annualizing their sellers (AC, FC, Now WD) and going new IP on indies (Valiant Hearts, CoL, etc). The triple A releases have to be the ones they can annualize or it simply isn't worth it, else they can't take "risks" with the indies.

I think you can get around the PS3 issue via one of these. Aside from it's advertised purpose, it strips the encryption or whatever the heck it is that PS3 does not let you turn off (unlike the PS4):

thanks for the advice, I am definitely doing Cod Aw, then Walking dead one and two and the wolf among us...  so at least 3 plats and a ton of Gold trophies for season two.. I then will finish Batman, make an attempt at the challenge modes, then move to God of War.

we will see how it goes.  Pretty much all of my back log games are obtainable plats for me.

A coworker randomly asked me what I did last night. Which is weird because no one ever asks me that. Usually on a Monday people will ask if you did anything fun, but a random Wednesday night no one gives a shit about.

Anyway, I told her I got two pairs of boots from the raid and she thought I bought boots at some store. I had to explain it was a game and she became uninterested almost immediately. I'm pretty sure she won't ask me if I did anything the night before again.

Nevermind got it to work finally. I think Paypal got confused because I have only one credit card that is linked to my old address.

Thanks, but actually, while thinking about it, I think I'm only going to stream PS4 games when I do Extra Life anyway. I should have a pretty sizable backlog by then. I'm just gonna skip it altogether.
