Glad I held off on Hitman Collection since probably the only one I would want to replay is Blood Money and a few levels of Contracts anyway.

So ya, I would recommend skipping straight to Hitman: Bloody Money, then if you find you really like it, try the earlier two games. Hitman 2 is a little more Metal Gear Solid stealthy (infiltration of highly fortified compounds) whereas Blood Money is a little more murder sandbox (most of the levels are in public places and their are LOTS of different ways to get the job done). Contracts is the bridge in the change in style so it features about half stealthy infiltration missions (remakes of Hitman 1 levels) and half more like Blood Money, assassinations in public locations with lots of choices in method.

I think the console versions don't require getting a diamond cup. Also, the daily challenges are just time consuming, so I don't understand why that would disprove that the platinum isn't easier. Also, I think I've seen something about the PS4 version getting "double XP" events so that might make the grind a bit less.

Since y'all love my posts about Oreos and donuts so much, as a Thanksgiving treat I decided to combine them.

We just had our Thanksgiving potluck in the office.  I had way too much bread (god damn I love Hawaiin bread) and stuffing.  Thankfully someone brought in Italian Meatballs and mac and cheese I could pig out on too.

Then the boss announced that he will pay for lunch for those of us working on Friday.

Shit just got real.

All unowned games for me, so good month. Just adding more to the backlog. Thanks to everyone who bought DP. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised, game looked pretty bad though.

what a fucking trainwreck of a game. it's funny, the technical issues that reviewers complained about are virtually non-present for me. there's a couple really fancy buildings that will reliably set it off, but otherwise it's been quite smooth. too bad it s-u-c-k-s.

HAHAHAHAHA. I fuck ing wish. I work in Operations. We dont get fancy steaks unless the Product guys come down and take us out to dinner.

Based on previous experience our free lunch will most likely be Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. Probably a mix of wings, pizza, soups, salads and pasta. I am happy with that though. Its all good.

I don't think I've ever seen a negative comment about DP outside of some port complaint issues for the PC version.

 
I was scheduled for an 90 minutes to read some training that would take 15 minutes. They just sent out an email that said "A few associates have informed us that the training can be completed in 30 minutes, so we've adjusted the times." Who the fuck does that?

"Hey this extra hour plus is way tooff awesome, can you please let me take calls again?!"

I'm not into Black Friday this year at all. Usually I'm super ready to go, but this week has really put a damper on the whole thing. Wren, please overnight me some pick me ups to get me in a better mood.
 
I thought there would be more deals today pre-BF stuff...but not much floating out there it seams. Kind of waiting on BB anyway for Mordor and Secon Son. 

 
Took like 20+ arrows to take down a rhino with the double damage buff active. fuck that. Next time I'ma mow it down with a machine gun.

Thats odd cause the only person I didn't hear in the chat was you. There was a part in one of the challenges that you were jumping off a jump and I hit you. I said sorry but I never saw a mic symbol next to your name. Tyler popped in the chat for a few and I could hear him at the end. Hopefully next time we can hear each other in the chat.

I'm just myself so I can get a laugh than thats a bonus. The group was probably laughing at how I was messing up some jumps.

Yeah, not here. I'm just saying when everyone was talking about it a couple of months back, and I watched some gameplay, just didn't strike me as a game I would like.

The game is very rough around the edges as I've stated before, but if you can look past that you're in for a treat.

Glad I passed on Deadly Premonition. Only game I actually have there is the Hitman Trilogy, but I have the premium edition of that and now I can just keep it sealed or sell it, not that it's much more valuable than the regular edition. It is going for about $34 before shipping and fees, I could probably get $25 which is half a year of PS+ in just one game.

Passed on Titan Attacks when it was on sale the last few times because Curve is BFFs with PS+. Final Horizon looks like it might be cool too, I love getting Day 1 Vita games.

Yea, the month is pretty solid. It is nice to see a full 'retail' release finally for the PS4 (even though we knew it was already coming). The PS3 titles are both good and the Vita selections are cool too. Like you, I had resisted Titan Attacks previously, so am really happy to see it here. Along with Final Horizon, they both look like good Vita selections since they will be good for quick, short bursts of gaming.
