Strange... I had already redeemed my $15 code on Vita when last night I got another message from Sony on PS3. I figured it was a redundant copy of the same code, but for the heck of it I clicked through anyway, and it worked!

So that makes $30 back for the $15 promotion. I don't know if this was an anomaly, but if you've received the message on multiple systems, it's worth trying each one.

Some news for pinball arcade owners looking to finally get a season 3 pass. From Farsights news feed.

"The Season Two and Thee Bundles will become available December 17th at 40% off the price of the entire season!"

I think they've released their blog posts detailing the sales around 2-3pm EST these past two weeks, with the store actually updating around 5pm EST, but I could be wrong.

2pm PST, not EST. 5pm EST.

That might be the time they promise but I've bought games ealier than that.

The store starts updating in the morning and changes/updates show up over the course of hours. You may see a sale item early, or you may see a new release without a ps+ discount. YMMV, and be careful not to buy something before the discount is applied.

This also means you should be sure to buy any deals from last week on Monday, because there is no telling what time on Tuesday the sale price will disappear.

Store is finished updating at 2pm PST or so when the blog post goes up.

Hey, I just noticed they fixed that odd issue with how the ps+ discount displayed --- if you recall, the ps+ discount used to be 'discount off the already sale price' instead of 'discount off full price'.    It was bad for the store - it made it look like the discount was smaller than it actually was.

However, it looks like it's now correct --- for example, M&M Duel of Champions FW says 40% off, and it's $6 instead of $10.   (The non-ps+ price is $7, so before it would have said something like 14% off instead of 40%.

Hotline Miami $3 PS+ price is SWEET!

Yeah, that's true- if you don't already own Hotline Miami (it was free on PS+ at one point), you'd be crazy not to pick it up, especially at $3. Plus, the sequel comes out soon-ish, so get ready for it now!

AWESOME game- I only played it on Vita, but I've heard others say that is the best place to play it.

Any opinions on Counter Spy and Terraria for the Vita?

Terraria on the Vita is absolutely fantastic. Played the game on almost all other platforms, and the Vita is among the best (though the PS4 version is excellent too). Ability to zoom the view using the Vita touch screen is fantastic, OLED screen makes the game look fantastic, and the gameplay is deep and satisfying. Tons of items to craft and lots of areas to explore and loot to discover.

If you don't know much about the game, just watch some review/gameplay vids. Fantastic little game, one of my favorites.
