Gamestop/EB Merger & Extended Warranties

Has anyone heard if Gamestop plans to honor extended warranties purchased on hardware at EB retail stores?

i don't think these extended warranties have much uses at all~ i would save that extra money to buy another piece of game

Unless of course your systeam breaks. Then you'll be kicking yourself for picking the game over the warranty.
