Finished Shadow of Mordor. I really enjoyed it. It was completely off my radar until award season last year when a bunch of people mentioned it. It's not the most original game, but it melds the pieces it borrows really well.

The parkour seems like an improvement over AC anyways.

yo mad max was dope as fuck.

I hope that game doesn't suck. or at the very least rock band 4 has a stage where i just rock the fuck out in a convoy of vehicles outfitted as death machines.

I liked it, but after like 8 hours I couldn't bring myself to play anymore. That game just felt bland to me. Sucks because I love LOTR.

I had girls just like this in high school. I remember one time at lunch a really tall girl once jumped on a couple of smaller chicks and started bashing their heads into a table because they had tried to talk to her about metal and had never of Slayer or Amon Amarth.

i'm going to do life update on stuff, cause it's been a while since i've done that:

- i'm going to california in october for fall break! crashing with a friend and his fiance and we're hitting a bunch of shows and doing cool shit! already bought my plane ticket, so just going to use the money i make from work in the next month or so for vacation money, so i'm going to cut down on buying games/vinyls until then

- haven't really been in the mood to play games lately (until dawn was the first game i completed in months), but i have the ultimate edition of forza 6 pre-ordered and i'm stoked for that

- have a date with a cute guy tomorrow, so i'm stoked for that too

- new carly rae jepsen album is seriously good

- future's ds2 is in stores now

- and sorry that i don't post in here as often as i used to! i think my days of regularly posting on forums (i only use gaf for one thread now) are pretty much dead at this point (though i do check regularly to see what you guys are up to!)

I heard the new Carly Rae Album was good, people where saying how she isnt going to be seen as a "one hit wonder" now, which I didnt think she was anyway but whatever.

Also sometimes even things we enjoy we take a break from, I have personally went months without playing a video game so its okay. You will get the feeling to go back eventually.

Also have fun on your date!
 
Mad Max definitely seemed like a Crotch movie.

I missed you Cheddahz, I wish you would be visiting closer.

That's more because Phantom Pain's been streamed for like 2 weeks already, though.

I'm not surprised Frosty doesn't like (doesn't care?) about Mad Max. Didn't really ever seem like it'd be his jam. I liked the movie, but I think the game looks kinda shitty. Then again, I'm also kind of done with the dessert apocalypse setting for a while.

MGSV tomorrow! Super ridiculously stoked! Getting a ton of shit done today so tomorrow can be devoted to playing Phantom Pain most of the day! WOOOO!
