There's franchise packs for trade on places like Dispenser for around 4 keys (quick glance, dont quote me). May be a cheap(er) way to get it now if someone doesnt have the Franchise pack but wants stupid named new version. That is when I got it tho was during that sale, had to look around to find the answer.

Yeah it's fucking bullshit that they're rewarding the cheapest of the cheap, and not the people that supported the game or bought it early. There are hundreds of comments about it on the DS/DS2 forum.

 
That game sucked anyway, don't get so worked up. 

Not relevant to PC but I read that the console Deathinitive edition runs at 30fps with a lot of stuttering/drops and screen tearing. What a joke. And they had the nerve to put a PS4 theme on the store for $5, more than any other theme.

And yea, I notice the 95% off Spellbound and The Guild packages as many in my friends list are buying them. I couldn't care less about those, but may be a glitch or are just rock bottom now.

Got screwed on the exchange rate of course, XE.com tells me it's gonna be $58.50, Visa charges me $60.75. All will be forgiven if I can make money off selling my PS4 pre-order, which I will.

Anyone else notice that GTAV is 40% off, but the daily is GTAV at 33% off? They're using spoder logic that the 7% is money you save and not money you spent that gets converted into BC and can't be converted back and will sit in your account for years.

I thought the whole point of releasing "GOTY/definitive/superawesomeomgbbq" editions was to milk as much money from fanbois before the game goes in the dollar bin. The only people dumb enough to pay money for a definitive edition are the same dumbasses who bought the original game on day one. Cheap asses who waited to buy the franchise pack at 90% off will never pay more than a couple of bucks for the remake. I think Nordic just knows their market and wants to squeeze out as much money as they possibly can, good will and reputation be damned.

Showing up as 80% off for me. I own Darksiders 2 + ALL DLC's (thanks, Tony!)...but didn't buy that D2 Franchise Pack from Steam.

They really should do a D2 base-game + ALL DLC check - and give DS Deathfinitive to those who game + ALL DLC's.

If that happens they might try to pull something where you also need the soundtrack to get it for free which is also bullshit, and no one buys that shit. The amazon franchise pack didn't include the soundtrack because it's something nordic released, not THQ.

It's possible. They could even use Steam publishers APIs and make webpage to give keys.

Or make goddamn discount 99%, I doubt there would be crying over 30 cents. (And don't forget to make it ungiftable :D)

Like Deus Ex gave additional discount depending DLC and it even based on region.

So it's very much bullshit excuse.

(Also their PR guy needs to be replaced.)

I could swear it has been done for other games and if not then we're probably in for more bullshit with Van Helping if they ever get off their ass and release the DC.

But even if someone at Valve is a dumbasses Christ just give the fucking thing to everyone who currently owns the old D2 base on Steam and call it good. It's not like that old ass dlc is worth anything now anyway.

Also the fact that Valve apparently can figure out how to give our package a bigger discount but not free seems highly suspect to me.

That's what I think too. It seems like those Franchise and SP packs that got it were created by Nordic while the older ala carte stuff from Amazon etc was THQ.

Legit as in your key will probably activate okay and they sort of seem to give half a crap about their reputation or legit as in officially authorized by Bethesda to sell those keys to who they are selling them to at the price the are selling them at?

I mean someone getting invalid Blackops 3 key with OCR errors like G and 6 being mixed up. So uhh.... I guess they rendered it as image and then OCR'ed for fun.
