You guys are so silly.  That doggy dragon game is just going to be 75% off in a few months, tops so anyone fakeybroing it, even for $20, is going to lose most of your investment in less than a year.  At least with my GMG Mystery Boxes I know my losses instantly.  Much better investment.

re: Disc crap

They could press it on blu ray and then johnny who thought he'd was so smart by cutting off his internet and using his phone as a wifi hot spot will complain about having to go buy  a blu drive instead.  It's a lose, lose.  And I really hope we're past the era of wanting to buy a box with a spindle of DVDs in it to hold the 30-50GB some of these games require.  Quite frankly, whatever jackass that's buying disc only copies of new games, implying they have a somewhat decent computer, but then don't have enough bandwidth on their internet plan to DL 30-50GBs really has no business buying new PC games and should just get a console instead of wasting time complaining.  FYI though consoles are constantly downloading all sorts of updates too, from game updates, to system updates that are needed before you can DL the game update, etc.

I moved my 401k into Amazon Fallout 4 copies. I figure the price is going back up so I stand to make a mint.

Looks like they sold out of Amazon copies of FO4 and fixed the price at $33.  Being sold now by a third party and won't be in stock until the 22nd.

N-e-wayz, I think $20ish is about as high as I'd go on a vanilla copy.
Probably fair. I wrapped it up the other night and it was fun but it also doesn't feel like it's a lasting classic. Bethesda tried to do a bunch of new stuff in the game, some hit and some missed. It doesn't have the "Gotta play it now to stay with the crowd" buzz that games like Skyrim had.

I liked it. I got 200 hours out of my play through (curiously, I have 200 hrs in FO:NV despite playing that twice plus the DLC) and am looking forward to the DLC but it's not a title I'd say "OMG you need to play it now!"

$33 is a fair price if you want to play it now. $20 is a fair price to wait for. $60 would have made me feel like I got ripped off.

Ive got an Amazon copy (FO4) in the cesspool for $25.

Starting to try to play a new game everyday or so.....just to try out the bundle fodder I got. Today's game was Card and Castles a F2P game that I don't think was F2P before. I know I had a bundle key, and man did that bundle reek. Was a pretty average back and fourth gaining a gold every turn to play your stuff. There is a simple movement system, but overall the game is basic. It's pretty much a worse Hearthstone, and I don't really like Hearthstone, but this one takes the cake. It's not horrible or anything, but just probably a bit too basic. Also it takes forever to unlock cards and pretty much in the beginning all you can build fully is a vikings deck.

I'm going to say PASS and if you want a game like this play Hearthstone instead. You still will be grinding like crazy, but at least you can build all the classes even if you don't have the rares at the beginning.

Yeah, i've had to re-think my investment strategy after those loses at GMG. I mean, I knew it was risky, but I don't think anyone could have predicted how bad the GMG Mystery Bundle market crashed. Can't trust those aliens and the value of their Playfire credit. I'm thinking of going all in on Groupees pre-orders because those seem to be real solid investments and provide at least 1-2 plus 1s at the time and possible plus 1 futures and sometimes even card money. I have to recoup my losses too so I likely won't be fakeybroing any games until I do so. $5 Fallout 4 GOTY in 2020 here I come!

I don't know why I do this, but I get bundles and then I forget to activate them for a few months.

Right now I'm working through Bundlestars....last one I activated was in October, finished Groupees (2 bundles only), have a lot of IG and some Humble Bundles....this is torture. I also document each and every game on howlongtobeat.com. I'm likely crazy....

I bought the PC game disc since I am on metered internet. I get the game in this afternoon only to find out that the disc only contains about 5GB of the 24GB game. It would cost me an additional $150 to increase my data plan enough to download the rest of the game and play it. This is a huge fail on Bethesda's part. I wish companies would realize that not everyone has huge data allowances. Console versions of the game were shipped on Blu-Ray discs but they decided to ship not even a quarter of the game on a DVD for PC users.
eh.. even with "digital" PC, the dude still needs to go through the same crap. What's the diff?

Best to remain with his console game, pissant... :whistle2:

If you pre-order Rise of the Tomb Raider from Uplay you get a free copy of Tomb Raider and Far Cry 4. I know Nvidia codes can be had for around $30, but that's not the worst pre-order bonus thing I've ever seen.
But, really though - who doesn't own TR reboot + FC4 by now though...?

Me, because I have no interest in them.  I would play TR for a buck/gifted since I did that with Bioshock Infinite but I wouldn't go out and buy either.
