New Order was part of the $10-preorder-cert program, then Best Buy announced maybe 1-2 months before release that they were bumping up the cert to $20. That made preordering it a no-brainer, especially since the game went on sale for $40 within two months and some of us were able to get a $16 post-purchase price adjustment.

yeah, I've been loading the bounties in each town. So far I've only filled one card all the way and got the perk for walking faster.

The 250 familiars trophy sounds crazy now that I know it's random and you can't choose when to tame one. I haven't looked but maybe there is a perk that makes that happen more often or something. That would be sweet.

I had no idea you could do that. I didn't know there was an arrow either. I just constantly bring up the map over and over again when I'm headed to an objective like I thought everybody else did.

I should jump back in and try to get those big boss trophies while a bunch of people are playing again.

I'm not sure it does, so far all it seems to do is put a dot that stays on the map screen. If that's all it does it's pretty useless as everything else is marked on the map.

Yeah, you're in season 3, you're getting to the peak of the show now. 4 is probably the best, 5 is pretty good.

6 will be like "I know this show can be good. Be good damn it!" and 7 will be like "Well I'm this fucking far, might as well see how it plays out"

The final scene is great though.

Yeah that's great. Alabama and Lane Kiffin are both awful. And Tosh does look exactly like Lane Kiffin, which sucks for him cuz he hates Alabama cuz he's a Dolphins fan so of course he thinks Nick Saban is the devil.

Those of you who already own Runner2 on PS Vita will be pleased to hear that the PS4 version is going to be cross buy, meaning you get it free of charge.

What was confusing about me saying it was cross-buy with the Vita version? :whistle2:k

Also though Runner2 was free on PS+, it was the PS3 version. The PS3 version is its own entity and is not cross-buy with the Vita version...so if you didn't buy the Vita version at some point you won't be getting the PS4 version for free.

Edit: Vig'd, kinda. Though he asked it as a question so whatever.

Jesus how do you remember specific seasons of shows so well? Even if my final analysis is the same as yours, less than a month after I am done with the show this is how mine would read.

Sometime in the first couple seasons a guy gets his foot cut off. That was a good season. The next couple seasons were pretty darn good. Then the last couple seasons sucked except the final scene, which was epic!

ah, well the loser is in fact me then since I thought we'd gotten the vita version so I've always skipped it when it was on sale. no fancy free cross buy version for me!

I just checked my orders and for some reason I have 2 orders for Valkyria Chronicles and they both have the total for $21.05. Winner winner chicken dinner!
 
Also signed up. This'll be a good way to test out the sequel without any sense of investment. I really liked the parkour concept but I thought the first game was just so unbalanced with the combat stuff.

I just looked up season synopsis to remind me what happened. As you know, there are only a few major events per season, most episodes kinda just move the story another 3 yards up the field. So you really only have to remember the major events and how good/bad they were to qualify whether a season was any good.

Sweet, just checked and had the same thing. Guess our tax is a little lower here, total came out to 20.66.
