Steelbooks are cool but not worth a penny more than what the normal version is worth to me. So like when they're included at the regular price for the first run of something, that's when they're cool.

Not sure what this means or what you would want. I like that they are minimalistic looking and not super embossed or any weird crap.

Yeah I literally never buy any of this shit, but I bought the other Star Wars ones so figure I'll keep the set going for consistency's sake.

They slapped one character's face on each book in a series that has so many iconic characters. One case is a storm trooper of all things. Even if they didn't want to go over the top. They could have done a lot better than just a face.
 
I like the seelbooks well enough, not $30 well enough though, so Kylo Ren is probably going to get a pass from me. I've got the bluray set with Vader on the front. Might just buy the digital until they've got they inevitable trilogy set available for the new movies.

I summoned Solaire to help with the Ornstein and Smough fight.  Between the two of us, we worked both of their HPs down before he died.  Then I concentrated on Ornstein first.  I was using Quellag's Fury Sword since I went with a pyromancer build.  I don't remember what armor or rings I was wearing.  Once Ornstein was dead, I switched to an upgraded fire longbow and just did the old 'hit and run' on Smough until he died.  And yes, I died a lot trying to beat those guys.

Damn, y'all are making me want to get back to that game, now.  Last I played of it, I was dying to those big skeleton dogs.

 
I highly doubt the star wars steelbook is still going to be $30 when it comes out.  That's just the price best buy puts new steelbooks at before they actually know how much it'll be.  I would guess it ends up at $20, maybe $23.  They also haven't had a steelbook end up being more expensive than the regular edition in a while.

Oh and the release date is 4/5 now.

I used to use the Fury sword and Ianto (since its moveset is like Vergil's katana from DMC3) in my NG run 4 years ago, but for my NG+ and NG+0.5 run for the plat last year I switched to the Zweihander since it can stun and pancake enemies.

I can't remember what I used to kill those skeleton dogs, probably great combustion since they are weak to fire or Zwei R2.

Started flame over. Took a few runs to figure out what I am doing ad I was about to trash it then it clicked a bit just now. Still haven't cleared a level but I get it now.

I like the twin stick controls.

It says to buy upgrades at each new run but I can't seem to yet and there are no prices on the items. When can I buy an upgrade?

Hmm, I'll have to try out the Zweihander, then. Apparently the 2HR2 attack can stunlock the final boss.

On a related note, do you think I'll be OK for the Catacombs if I use a Divine Claymore for the skeletons?

I've collected music from artist I might never listen to but you never know if someone else might want it. I've got stuff from Country, metal, oldies, punk, reggae, ska, jam bands, some hip hop, electronic and shit loads of music by the band Sublime. I love being open minded with music.
 
I think I may go eat Mexican food at this really good place around the corner from my house tonight. I wish I could bring my own damn beer or something. Only choices there are Corona, Dos Equis and Bud Light/Bud Light Lime. I think they may have Modelo but I can't remember.

Yeah it's so close to my house that the likely solution to this problem will be me just drinking a beer when I get back home. Better than paying $3 or more per beer for any of that shit. Modelo and Negra Modelo ain't bad but still.
