Got an email today from work saying that we get a discounts on Fitbits. Can get a regular Fitbit HR Charge for $7, or the Fitbit Blaze for $47. Think I'm gonna go for the Blaze.

 
Well the developers of Project Root had their heart in the right place, but they don't appear to have knowledge or skills necessary to craft a balanced shooter. Lot of rookie mistakes.

I know it was cheap, but I'm surprised so many of you bought that--the gameplay just looked completely unfun to me.

I watched this gameplay and the way the game world rotates when you turn the ship was an immediate turnoff for me. I don't have a problem with most games but the jerky back-and-forth for attacking and dodging just seemed nauseating.

Im surprised everyone hates Project Root as much as they do.  Its strange and takes time to get used to, but its a shooter.  You point and shoot.  There isnt anything broken about it.  Its just strange the way it rotates, but the basic "shooter gameplay" is there just like every other shooter.

EDIT:  Therm, if the guy is jerking (ha) back and forth he just sucks.  The game world rotates smoothly and you dont need to jerk back and forth at all.

The part that's broken is the "fun" part. Games are supposed to be fun. Project Root is not fun.

 
Its just sad that people in Utah, or anywhere would rather have an old ugly first lady rather than a hotter and younger one.   It isnt like she was a prost or anything.  She just did a photo shoot when she was a model and she isnt even showing anything.

I disagree. Its more fun than 90% of the garbage that a lot of PSNOTs play every day and then complain about because they cant keep themselves from collecting every last trinket.

Who gives a shit what the first lady looks like? I see her a couple times a year in photographs with the president, that's it. It's not like her image is going to be on every billboard for the next 4 years.
