Maybe a dumb question, but why would you reimburse her at all? You pay child support, your daughter is on your insurance. If she chooses to make things difficult for herself I do not see how it is your problem. Yeah it's funny that people are making a big deal out of it whether or not she's right. Everything Nintendo does is a port or a remake or a new series title, just about, so a continued trend isn't a surprise.
Legally, I dont think I have to reimburse her since your right I have the insurance I agree to pay. But Im not going to test that theory. I offered to pay and will, but the bitch has to play by the god damn rules. Im not giving her money out of my pocket again since I already have money taken out from my checks for the insurance.

I would talk to your attorney.
My grandmother had a saying, "Start out like you can hold out." In other words if you want to keep having this shit happen, then pay for it now. If you do not, then I would never set that precedence. Child support is what is meant to help cover this stuff. I can't imagine you are obligated to do anything more than that. If you start, then I could see her suing you for saying you were helping with that and stopped later and they may listen and up what you have to pay.

I am supposed to pay for 67% of the medical expenses. Its in the agreement. Thats fine. I also pay for our daughters insurance. Thats fine. I have insurance money to pay for this so it needs to be used thats all I care about.

OK, then I would change what I talked to the attorney about. If you are covering 2/3 of the cost, I think it should not be up to your ex what doctor she goes to see. How hard is it to find a dentist covered by your insurance? The allergist thing could be a bit more difficult. That is one of those medical professions where many times they do not even bother taking insurance coverage because they don't have to bother.
Actually I donr think you get any more than usual from drops but there are piss easy daily and weekly assignments that offer them. Today you get 10 credits for killing 3 elite enemies.

I don't get why you didn't pick up The Division at launch? Coop and as mindless of a shooter as they come.
I actually did get it. But I was busy doing other things those first few days it came out and just thought I would get lost in it since everyone was already playing it. Plus I had other games and was going out drinking more that week or two so.. I just returned it a week later. No big loss I reckon.

Well, I am an evil son of a bitch, so this is what I would do. I would keep a spreadsheet of every single medical expense right down to the damn penny. Anything the insurance covers, you look at the EOBs and see what the cost to the insurance is. That should count to your 67%. At the end of the year when the insurance has covered way more than the 67% of the cost already, I would present her with a bill for amount you over paid that should be her 33%. Then tell her you will be happy to just deduct if from the next child support payment if she would prefer.There are many many many other dentists. Guy I worked with many years ago had a wife like that. Had to go to the best doctors and dentists. Needed braces at like 10 (still had many baby teeth). He hated her too. I would think your wife should be compelled to go to doctors and dentists that are actually in network though. Sure if it is an emergency that is one thing. But to treat allergies and do dental work (I assume just cleanings and fillings) there is no reason you should have to pay for out of network shit. Are you sure your ex doesn't know? No, this is the way she is. She has been trained by her terrible parents to be terrible like this. They never taught their kids (two girls) the value of money. They spent money like it was water in the 80s and early 90s cause the parents worked for IBM and lived in Westchester and made two 6 figure salaries in the 80s. So far it's just Mr Zurkon, but I'm not going to rule out getting the family as a higher level upgrade.
This is my biggest issue with Nintendo as they are today, they've spent so much time chasing the blue ocean strategy that they've let their software take a back seat. It's what they do best and they aren't even doing it as well as they used to. A lot of the current games have gotten lackluster scores. I mean sure there are always standouts from them but they should drop the gimmicks and just make great games...

I played about a half hour of R&C1 today on Vita. Wasn't grabbing me much...worth finishing or just move on to 2?
Finish it. But 2 is a nice improvement if strafe were the only reason. But its also much nicer to look at and better overall in every way.

Kilik posted it but the rationale was (for whatever reason) to have more divisional matchups in the first rounds. The 1, 2, and 3 seeds from each division play on the same side of the bracket and (unless a wild card wins) the conference finals will pit two teams from different divisions.
Why that would actually matter to anyone is beyond me.

I disagree. In a 4 team round robin group format, having the team you are competing with for points play the team that knows it's already out and has NOTHING to play for...and oh yeah one of the reasons that team is out is because you beat them.
