Humble Bundle Thread

It's pretty sad that Humble Bundle seems to be relegated to book bundles (I do like some of the programming ones), and other misc junk instead of game bundles.

It's just pretty much the monthly now.

Yeah, it has been almost a month since their last game bundle I believe.

Hopefully they actually put one out today.  And if so a good one, not another Paradox or Arma bundle.  LOL

Just when we were all doubting you, Humble, no wonder it took you a whole month to put together such an incredible selection of primo titles.

Cool to see Humble do a simulation bundle. It's simulating how bad the Amazon Prime day sale is. AMIRITE!?!?

Here's the plan. We make a bundle so terrible that nobody will buy it, even at the dollar tier. By doing this, we build anticipation for future bundles, so when the next one comes, everyone will HAVE to buy it.

Wait, are these the Sniper games where you can Mortal-Kombat-X-Ray slo-mo snipe Nazi in the balls?  Or is that some other sniper series?

Just curious, did anyone see what the Software bundle average started out as? It's $13 right now. I only want it for display fusion and I know display fusion was in a previous bundle before.

Humble Book Bundle: Pawsitively Clawsome Cats

I'm probably going to get this. Pretty good comics in the $8 tier. Wish it had more Chi's Sweet Home, but still enough there that's interesting to me.

Also a book called "Crafting With Cat Hair" if that's your thing.
I checked out, crafting with cat hair, from the library back in 2013 or so.
Still remember it as being weird. Beyond weird.

I already have. It's on my Do Not Buy list. Sometimes I buy games used to not support the devs, but this game I am legitimately not interested in whatsoever, so I will never buy it unless they change it back to Turn-Based.
Funny thing is, a Kingdom Hearts style battle system (not quite what it will be, but still) is far more appealing to me than the old turn-based system. But that ends up being a philosophical question: just keep the game as is, only using today's tech or re-imagine the game from the ground up with a different take for today's audience. I suppose arguments could be made on both sides. I'm interested in seeing what they come up with.

I am still looking forward to it.    I do not fear change as long as it is fun and they do not butcher the storyline too badly.  I hope they keep the optional bosses and don't just turn them into damage sponges.

The story will be fine, they put the director of Kingdom Hearts in charge. How could the story be bad...

I think the Escapists 2 and Hat in Time are pretty good unclocks. I can see how some ppl might be into Conan. Way better unlocks then last month.
I actually want to play Escapists 2, but that's an incredibly weak first reveal for a Humble Monthly. It's something you would have found as final unlocks in previous months.
