Man, just did my first order though forward2me (eBay UK purchase) and it's not cheap... ~10 GBP just to ship a PS3 game.

So my Lost Judgment finally had movement today, but Gamestop had already refunded me for it. It shipped from York, PA. I live in PA.

Last scan, it's in Tennessee lol. No idea wtf is going on with that package.

Yeah, the articulated joints in Play-Arts usually turn me away because I don't feel like they look good on display but Static Arts are great. I wish they did more (but my wallet doesn't).

Yeah, the face is butt-ugly for the price and only looks good at one angle. I've seen prize figures that looked better, honestly. This is giving me first4figures Kiryu vibes. Hopefully they're able to resolve the issues by release but I strongly doubt it. 

 
Best Buy doesn't re-ping charges to make sure funds are available for pre-orders once they drop off like some other retailers do, right? I have a charge from BB.com on my card from a few days ago, a pending charge and I placed no orders on that day and have no pre-orders expected to charge. I don't know what it's from. It was the price of a standard retail game, seems like it would be very odd for a fraudulent charge. Usually those are way more and in-store, but obviously can't rule it out either.

My bank can't tell me what the item is for. And the person I spoke to on BB's customer service number could barely understand what I was saying, their English wasn't great and they had no idea what I was talking about.

They usually do an auth charge when you make a purchase, but I've never had them re-ping it randomly like Target does. I do have a BestBuy credit card that I use when shopping with them, but I don't know that that would change anything.

And yes, BestBuy's customer service has always been atrocious in my experience.

I guess I'll see if it drops off. If it goes through, going to have to dispute it. I bought nothing for that price from there recently, though I do have some pre-orders for that price, but they don't even have release dates yet.

This!!!! It happened to me about 2 months ago and like you I couldn’t find any pending preorders I had placed bt whatever it was it dropped off, was the 1st time BB had did that to me, I do know that target does routine authorizations so be wary if something comes up and your a $1 short you can say bye bye to said preorder

I'm still waiting on my True Colors steelbook and game from amazon.de.  The order status shows this:

"We’re very sorry your delivery is late. If you have not received your package by today, you can come back here the next day for a refund."

It's currently one state over and does not look like it'll get to me until tomorrow.

 
My Mary Skelter Finale CE came in today.  The books (On the left) and extras box (Steelbook, OST, Artbook, on the right) are packaged separately from the game itself.

I have to say, all this for $105 is nice, packaged loosely in a slim USPS box, but no serious damage.

A steelbook for Evolution and Life is Strange True Colors came in the mail today from amazon.de after a long delay.  LiS came in a paper envelope that was not sealed.  

Both came in perfect condition!

As for that refund option, they allowed a $35 refund on Evolution but not LiS.  That seems like a decent discount considering I still need to buy a US version of that movie to go in the steelbook.

Able to put in my forwarding address, but can't use any payment methods, Keeps telling my CC and paypal are unavailable at this time.

And now it's taking me RIGHT before the confirmation screen, and then telling me they can't process the order -_- (And paypal is still unavailable)

After about 45 attempts (CC and Paypal) it is still not processing my payment, so I'm just gonna either try later, or hope for a NA release. No financial reason why Square wouldn't do so, the Octopath CE's sold out fairly quickly and the game is still very popular.

Forgot about the VPN. Tried that and I'm still getting the same error messages, so they probably geo-blocked non-UK methods.

Oh well, you win some you lose some. Hope other ppl have better luck on this than I.

 
Random question, but I assume the Tales of Arise CE is totally sold out or has anyone heard about more coming (never know if things are done or stock low/delayed due to pandemic/etc)?

Nice. I'm mad jealous... I was hoping it would show up in stock again and that i'd be able to return for replacement but doesn't seem like that'll happen.

I've been wondering the same thing but I don't think it's gonna happen. I was on the waiting list and got an email for available stock like a day after release but it was gone by the time I was able to check. I've made some bad calls with Namco this yr... first passed on Scarlet Nexus and then had the Arise PS5 CE pre-ordered but then canceled like a few weeks before release because I didn't think the game would be good.

Never mind, I went with thegamecollection.net they had the special edition entered my forwarding service, they wanted full payment and it worked

I never got them before but both Best Buy and Target have been re-pinging me nonstop for Metroid/OLED Switch/Amiibo since I preordered them it feels like.

JP Triangle Strategy CE is starting to pop up on some sites.  Looks like the price is around $150+ depending on where you look.

Anyone know if there's a chance of getting the SMT V collector's edition on launch day? I missed the pre-order date and everything seems gone. Am I SOL and stuck with the steelbook or is there any chances?

I'd say start keeping an eye out for cancellations, mainly Amazon and Best Buy. I doubt you will have much luck with GS since they only did web in store and online orders. But there are bound to be some that pop up on Amazon and Best Buy.
