A lot of the Shantae Ps4 games are really expensive to buy second hand. I could see people who just want to own the games physically for a much cheaper price picking them up.

- Do you have to show the email for the $5 extra TIV? I don't see it on the websi e.
- Could I pick up the pre-ordered game from any store or does it have to be the one I pre-ordered at? I was thinking about Sonic Colors: Ultimate.
Didn't have to show anything. YMMV, some employees might give you a hard time, but it applied automatically when I preordered a game after trading in my $5 & up Ps4 games. You can sometimes transfer your preorder to a different store. Its very YMMV as most of my nearby stores hate doing it, & will sometimes pretend it can't be done.
Anyone tried that $5 extra credit bonus today? Glad I waited for this deal if it actually works, have a bunch of random PS4 games idk what to do with but I guess they’re going to GameStop. Sucks they changed it from $2 base to $5 base but it seems they raised a lot of prices on things like COD WW2
I traded in a bunch of $5 & up Ps4 games today & they all got the bonus. Be careful, I've had stores in the past try to tell me I had to preorder a different game for each game I trade in. I only had to preorder one game to get bonuses on all my trades this time.
A website I order from decently often is Shop4MegaStore.com. They are a U.K. site that has alot of games that don't get a physical release in the U.S. They also do free shipping to the U.S. & have a system where you earn points by buying stuff to use on coupons. They have an ebay store too, but it is usually cheaper on their website. They run sales pretty often, & if a game you want is out of stock they have a system were you can ask them to get more copies.
Anyone getting star wars republic commando
I plan to bundle it with other games I'm looking at. I have fond memories of this game from when I was younger. Also I pasted on most of the other Star Wars games & some of them have gotten expensive. Don't want to risk it.
There is no PS4 version and I haven't seen any indication that one is in development considering the game has been available on Switch since December 2020 digitally.
That's too bad then. I'm a big fan of Sam & Max. I have multiple copies of different Sam & Max games on Ps3,Wii & Pc,and I would get this one. But I don't own a Switch & don't plan to. Oh well, heres hoping it gets released on Ps4 in the future.
I'm a fan of FMV games & I don't get all the hate for Ghosts. I checked out their video & thought it looked interesting, and the real time thing is a neat gimmick. I'm more conflicted about the price of a physical copy. After shipping it would be more than $60, I might just wait for LRG to carry it, it will probably be cheaper.
Surprised no one posted a thread yet. Only works on select games. Some preorders included. You can mix and match with movies, board games and books I believe. Should be good until next Saturday 3/27.
Here is what I have ordered so far:
Cooking Mama: Cookstar (PS4 preorder) - FREE
Is Cooking Mama Cookstar ps4 still getting a physical release? I thought there was some sort of legal trouble going on with it. I had it pre-ordered through Gamestop, and it got cancelled a while ago.
I got my order of 20 games today. I had ordered 21, so only one got cancelled. One weird thing was that both of the sports games I ordered were obviously used, and sealed with plastic and a blow dryer. One was fine, but the others case was all banged up and the disc was scratched up on the top and bottom.
thanks for that info. Hoping someone can chime in to confirm you can use 2 game coins to buy a new or used game in store. Looking to maybe get devil may cry 5 SE on PS5.
I was able to use both $10 game coins from Cyberpunk to take $20 off a new game in store. I had been told by a manager that it wouldn't work, but I got a different employee to try it , and it worked fine.
Hello my fellow CAG. Black Friday is upon once again and it has left us once again (12 am for me). For the games that I had planned to buy, this year was shit, but I bought them anyway, and I made a goof so I didn't maximize my cheapness. Keep in mind, I only buy games at 19.99 or lower with exceptions.
Red Dead Redemption 2
Devil May Cry 5
NieR Automata: GotY (originally bought NieR Automata in 2017 but it had the bad box art)
Square could have easily priced NieR at 9.99 like KH3. Both released in early 2019 just a month apart. Thats why the 12.99 price kills me. As for Sakura Wars, I had no intention of buying until 19.99, but stock was an issue earlier in the year so I had to take a risk. Also, I had just woke up when BB went live so I forgot to use cash back.
Trials of Mana
Why 2 separate orders? I forgot about Death Stranding when doing the 1st order. Im pissed that it was 17.99 in August at BB but 19.99 on BF. Spiderman and Trials of Mana were on Amazon's buy 2 get 1 free when BB and others went live. I was alerting Amazon about ToM at 19.99. Just before the deal ended, they dropped the price to 24.99 instead of 19.99. Then right after the promo ended, they dropped it to 19.99. Lol I remember to use cash back this time. Used a $9 GC also. Also, Spiderman could have been 14.99 but its mostly likely to get that MM money.
Bayonetta & Vanquish
Same thing with Sakura Wars for 13 Sentinels: Stock. Had no intention of buy BV, but its 19.99. I had $15 in courtesy credit, $10 from 2nd app purchase, and a $5 GC that I was saving for Ryza 1 price drop since its been at 39.99 for the longest. Used it on them instead.
Total: 185.12 after GC/credit (even less after CB)
A couple of missed games due to price:
Yakuza collection (could have been 19.99 since it released in February, but it has 3 games in it)
Ys Memories of Celceta (Cold Steel 1&2 and Senran Kagura have been in stock for well over a year. I can wait for a lower price.)
Captain Tsubasa (Risking this one, but it'll probably be in clearance at a cheaper price).
Thats all fellow CAG. Till next time.
YMMV but I managed to pick up Captain Tsubasa on clearance at my local Walmart for $15 not long ago.
It works over 5 in-store in the same transaction, you just have to buy in sets of 5, 10, 15 etc. to keep everything 50% off
Luckily I went to my home store for this deal & they were willing to adjust it for me with no problems. But YMMV when it comes to that.
