Ooh. I was about to jump on this because I thought it was one of those docking stations, but it actually looks really pointless. I'll just stick with plugging my Sixaxes into the computer overnight.

Not a bad deal at all if you need a travel wall charger for your iPod, though.

This is a great deal. Just about everything I use anymore can be charged via USB.

The iPod charger function or charging on your PC? Either way the answer to both is yes.

Yes- plug it into any powered USB port. It should charge. This way you don't need to leave your PS3 on to charge your controllers. I plug mine into the USB ports on my widescreen Dell LCD.
