No. Its just the bundle. And yes, I realize you were probably just being sarcastic, but its free to RMA the drums so its not a HUGE issue. But I agree is does suck (I just RMA'd my cracked drum pedal and Strat this week.)

What happened with the PS3 version was that warehouse deals had a listing for $149.40 first. It then disappeared, but Amazon themselves dropped their price to $149.99. Now that's gone.

Warehouse deals still has a listing for the 360 version at $149.40. It's a subsidiary of Amazon, so it's free shipping and eligible for Prime. It's listed as open box blah blah, but I bought a PS3 that had a similar description from them and it came new basically.

The box has minor damage, according to their description. My PS3 was also described as open box with damage to the outer box. Basically the box showed some wear, but the stuff inside was new. And my guess is that the batteries are just some standard ones that you can use for the guitar (I think).
