How is Turning Point?

And

How is Frontlines?

This is a great deal for the people that missed out on the Turok deal earlier this week

i still dont know why everyone bashed poor turok. to be honest, it was one of the most underrated games this year imo. sure it wasnt perfect, but god damn, it was fun. the environments were some of the better looking ones too. and the bow and knife were the most fun shooter weapons i used in a long time.

so yea, i URGE you to get turok. it was a damn good game that fell under the radar.

as for the others, does anyone know how frontlines is? thats the only one i might possibly get

Dang - the dinosaur fan in me is loving the $9.99 price on Turok. The gamer in me who has over 30+ new games to play in the last few months is crying since it's a good deal.

I really liked Kane & Lynch it could have one of the better stories a game has had in a long time. The gameplay is a ltttle off but I would give it a 7.5 out of 10 just for the story alone. I might pick it back up for $10.00 just to have it back in my collection.

Looks like I'll be biting on Kane and Lynch tomorrow.

Has anyone that bought Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 received their copy yet? I'm starting to get a little annoyed. Yesterday was the 5th day and since they don't offer tracking (at least I can't find the option), I have no clue what the deal with the game is.

That is odd. I received my copy 4 days after I made my order. Try calling customer service.

K&L was wonky on occasion (I describe it as throwing a ball with the arm you don't favor)-but I agree that the characters and overall 70's action paperback feel make it worthwhile. Ao2 was good fun, but single player leaves you with an AI that needs a lot of micromanaging and detracts from the game.

I enjoyed Turok, though some of the bosses are a pain.

For the short bucks, I'll try Turning Point.

PS3 never gets any love, tbqh.

P.S. November NPD hardware/software sales are out, and PS3/360 both got rapestomped by Wii (2 million sold in one month).

I played through Kane & Lynch and definitely had $10 worth of fun with it. Never tried the split screen co-op though.

Isn't Frontlines a online multiplayer game? If so get K&L because the community might be dead for Frontlines already but dont quote me I didnt bother to check.

Anyway I'm glad there arent any good deals today for me, I'm already broke as it is.
