The CAG Price Tracker has spotted Crackdown 2 dropping to $14.99 at Amazon. It's also eligible for Amazon's Buy 1, Get 1 40% promotion, as is Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, which includes a $15 games credit. Get both for $66.98 + $15 credit.

:360: Crackdown 2 $14.99 (2 copies for $23.98)
:360::ps3: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood $56.99 + $15 credit

Worth noting.. Episodes from Liberty City (360) is at $17.99. Both of these games are eligible for the Buy 1 Get 1 40% Off sale.

*EDIT: Episodes can be found at $17.99 w/ FS @ GameFly and $19.99 + tax/shipping ($~22) @ FamilyVideo. Unless you intend to pick this up with Crackdown 2, you might want to hold off as the price may drop to ~$15-$10 during Black Friday.. or possibly towards the end of the year when retailers are trying to push out excess stock.

As for me, I'll be holding off. I HATED the first Crackdown and have zero desire to play the second. I think I'll save my $20 Black Ops credit for something during Amazon's Black Friday sale!

Nice find! I think I will have to pass though. Just bought Enslaved and Alan Wake this past week, and I have a feeling while I play through those (and the rest of my backlog), this will probably go down under $10.

Wow, $14.99 for this new is the lowest yet. I bought it at release, and really enjoyed it despite it being just Crackdown 1 .... literally. However, the game is ridiculous fun, there are new weapons, missions, and the zombies. Anyone thinking of picking this up should at that price!

I loved Crackdown 1 like a fat kid loves pie. But the reviews were so bad I stayed away from 2. Tough to argue with $15.

Crackdown 2 was a huge letdown especially at $60. There are only two main missions in the game and then that's it. After that you can collect all the agility orbs and online multiplayer.

At $15 I think it's worth the purchase as long as you know what you're getting into and if you liked the first Crackdown.

Following the link below, the game is part of the pre-Black Friday sales.
Just figured that I'd point that out. Not a big deal either way.

This takes you to the $20 and less games... and it's not listed there. As stated before.. it IS listed under the B1G1 40% off sale list, thus making it an eligible title to combine with another game for 40% off (Episodes from Liberty City being the best option since BOTH are on sale AND eligible for the promotion).

I liked the Crackdown 2 demo. I ordered 2 and am planning to resell one on eBay to make the other one cheaper.

Nice price on Crackdown 2, but after playing the demo, even at any price, I'm not sure I'd play it much. If it suddenly appeared on my desk, it would probably sit in my backlog for who knows how long. :D

Also, that's a nice deal for AC:B, but I think I'll wait for BF and get it for $40.

Got Crackdown 2 and Episodes from Liberty City for less than 17 bucks since I still had a $10 credit. Thanks for the heads up!

Just added two copies to my cart (for 2-player co-op w/ the wife), and got the following message at checkout:

"Congratulations. Your purchase has qualified you for a $10 Video Games credit good toward a future purchase of Xbox 360 Live 12 Month Subscription Code. The credit will be applied directly to your Amazon.com account up to two (2) business days after your product ships"

...Not too bad. Managed to get two coppies for $12.47 after using $11.51 in credit remaining from CoD:BO, and now, $10 of more XBL (which is showing as $46.83 at the moment).

Thanks OP.

That's the ticket I think. I think this game is only going to be worth it for co-op if you already have the first.

Got Crackdown 2 and Forza 3 Ultimate for $7, with the 40% off & used my $30 in promos :bouncy:
Now I'm off to get both of the C2 DLC packs so I'll have them ready to play when I get the game. Does anyone have anything bad to say about either of the DLC packs?
